Friendly Home, where your family will be close to everything during your stay.

Welcome to our Friendly Home, where your family will be in a centrally located spot of the city . Bright, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchenette with living room, TV with Netflix and free parking in front and side of the property. 12-15 mins driving to Metro town Shopping Center, 5-8 mins drive to Playland and PNE, 14-20 mins driving to downtown center. We also have other shops close by, like T&T Market, Canadian Superstore, and Brentwood Shopping Center. There are many ways to get around, such as Evo Car Share nearby , a bus stop nearby, and a train station for your travel.
The rooms are on main floor of the property. With cozy queen size bed for each bedroom and a make up table. Closet for each room, plenty of space. The living room come with spacious sofa bed for 1-2 people. Huge windows and smart tv with to stream your favorite platforms, with Netflix and YouTube. You can also have fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook, including pots and pan, an oven toaster, a microwave, a hot water kettle, and a full set of dining utensils. The bathroom will be provided with bath towels, face towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. You will have separate entrance and full access to the entire space.

Everything was very clean and cute, and supplied everything we needed. The entire suite was quiet, on a nice residential street, and it was as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. The place is near a SkyTrain station, which made getting around Vancouver really easy. I recommend you use SkyTrain because it's way better than driving and parking in Vancouver. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it went really well. The property was immaculately clean, well furnished and well maintained. It was a great place for us to stay and the host was hospitable and responsive. Many shops and restaurants nearby. We would be happy to stay there again if we have occasion to be in that area.

Easy to locate. The beds were both very clean and comfortable. Just 1.5 blocks to public transportation or a 15 min walk to the skytrain. Host was very friendly. Extraordinary clean. If planning to cook, will need to bring all the seasonings etc. would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver, the location is ideal - close to highway and sky train. Quiet street, felt safe. Check in was easy, the place is a compact basement suite and we felt welcomed and comfortable. Beds were very soft, and we appreciated the amenities like complimentary water bottles and coffee, and phone chargers. The water pressure in shower was ideal!! Tony was great to communicate with, all in all a good stay.

The property was exactly as described. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were going to a concert in the area, and he was able to give suggestions for other activities, as well as advice on getting there. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Our family of five needed a place to stay for a couple of nights before our cruise. This was well priced with all the conveniences of home. Just as advertised. We found it quite warm but the fans provided helped. Tony is very quick to reply to messages. Would recommend.
