The hotel is absolutely perfectly located for any events on Granville such as the Commodore Ballroom, Orpheum, Vogue theatre, as well as shopping needs.
The staff were friendly and positive.
The lobby clean, and welcoming.
The room was smaller than I expected but clean and reasonable, they had the courtesy to provide 2 blackout curtains in the room.
Though small the room had all the amenities: Iron & Ironing Board, safe, coffee maker, coffee with the usual accompaniments, wine glasses, glasses and coffee mug, and a small fridge, 2 double beds, a night stand, a chair, an ottoman, a wall mounted tv, a/c unit, accented with lamps.
The sheets has a slippery almost parachute/cotton blend feel, as someone with sensory awareness it took a bit to get use to.
Mattress was very firm so set the expectation, and the pillows were feather down.
The bathroom was clean, the provided priducts were Citrusy and fresh.
The building is located on the corener of 2 busy streets, as I light sleeper I was aware of the traffic as morning rush hour started.
Overall I would stay again, as it was good value, great location. I personally would bring my Loops earplugs to sleep longer and maybe see if they have a matress topper to soften it a bit.
