Modern Private Basement Suite in Vancouver with Free Parking

Welcome to our spacious bedroom located near VanDusen Botanical Garden and Oakridge. It features three comfortable king sized beds and one air mattress if needed. Two bathrooms, one with tub. The living area features a billiards table for entertainment, laundry facilities, kitchen and TV. Guests will have separate entrance to the suite. You will two private bedrooms with three king size beds and a generously sized private bathroom, and a ensuite bathroom with a tub. The property has an equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Laundry room is available. Living room has pool table and TV for entertainment. Public free street parking is always available and safe.

Excellent bathrooms, nice living area

AC wasn't working and there were a few things missing like face cloths, but the bathrooms had bidets and a sauna. Stairs to basement in the back of the building. Nice neighborhood but not near anything interesting. Used Uber/Lyft to get around. It was very cheap, much better than a rental car. Never waited more than 5 minutes. No dishwasher. Combination of high quality appliances missing small amenities. Enjoyed the pool table.
