The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and great at communication! Street parking is available and was not a problem. The property was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. I would recommend to anyone who does not mind a shared living space and wants to stay in Vancouver! It has everything you need at a good value!

Washroom was filthy and when i walked into my room there was a massive spider on the roof, no big deal. Then i go to take a shower and there was another huge one right above my head. I don’t think that washroom has been deep cleaned in years, let alone cleaned by the owner to be presentable. Would not reccomend staying here downstairs.

The property at 2930 E Pinder St. Vancouver (Nice Home in Vancouver) was clean and cosy. I spent five nights at this property and at no time saw any staff or cleaning personal. I actually spent two entire days at the property and such was the case. I experienced total privacy as if I were the only person at the property. I emailed the host to notify them that the front door key pad was not working if the door was not fully bedded into the door jam. The door was swelling due to moisture and would appear to be closed but was not. The front door exterior lights were never lit at night making it difficult to see the key pad. This property is an older designed home in an older neighborhood which was converted into a eight room commerical enterprise. I recieved no reply from the host even days after sending the e-mail upon leaving the property.
