We checked in after midnight and the staff emailed us specific, easy to follow instructions on how to access our room after a concert. The room had a/c, a fan, Kleenex and was comfortable. The complimentary snacks were a kind d gesture too. For an older building this place is worth staying at and provides all the necessary comforts for a short stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room faced the parking lot and was just above the smoking area. Cigarette smoke was evident in the room even with the windows closed.

You need to dig to find out what and where you are getting and going to. In a strip mall in queens borough area. Clean remodeled nicely old motel. Had air and nicely decorated. Staff were very nice and tried to help. There website needs to be very clear you cannot get a basic room if you have a dog. You must upgrade and pay for a room with a king size bed or to a suite. Not happy this happened to us at last minute

Staff was very kind and helpful, and the overall hotel was very cute. There aren't a lot of amenities, but there are drinks and snacks available at the front desk, and the hotel has a nice charm. The hallway is a little squeaky so I felt bad coming in late, but I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely place! Just needed a spot to lay my head but it went above and beyond. Genesis at the front desk was so helpful and attentive. Also was closeby the everything! The bus, skywalk, food places, mini mart: it had everything you could need in walking distance.

Really helpful staff, coffee & snacks available 24/7 in reception. No lift but staff helpful with any luggage that needs taking to room. Handy convenience store/cafe/pizza restaurant in plaza. Gas station opposite. Major shopping mall (eg Wal-Mart etc) 10/15 min walk or 5 mins in car.
