"The manager/owner is not very understanding. Instead trying to work with us and realize that her fellow coworker had already told us yes right before he clocked out for the night. But instead she was very rude and turned us away cuz she weird and has no good customer service. Hopefully one day she learns some customer service skills."

"No….the place needs help….the rooms need to be updated with a clean nostalgic look….you need a designer. You can’t use cheap vinyl plank faux wood flooring in the rooms……that is a curse"

"The front office needs some upgrading , but the room was upgraded and quite nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. No microwave, but there appeared to be a space for one. Parking was readily available and there was a food truck on site as well as several situated close by."

"Room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom was large and had an individual makeup table and stool. We were on the bottom floor, the hotel was sold out and yet we did not hear people walking above us. We did not hear doors slamming shut (the doors are not automatic close.) The breakfast was normal with two waffle machines. There were lots of choices although I think they needed more pastry choices. Wish they had cranberry juice. The noon checkout time was very beneficial. I will certainly stay here again when I am in Santa Maria."
