“Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.”

“Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas.”

“Very good location, the sea view and the beach are perfect if comparing to other resorts or hotels in Port Vila. When we found that the weather was sunny at this resort while it was rainy near the town, then we realized the choice was absolutely right. The restaurant offers very good food and nice environment, with friendly and helpful staff. Our villa with private plunge pool is perfect for couple. “The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apartment itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant service is not the best. There was not one day, we received what we ordered. For instance, you order juice without ice, it comes with ice, you order soy milk - you get normal milk and so……
