“Great location, and really nice apartment!”

“This is a tiny little jewel of an apartment, in a great location, near restaurants and shopping. Jesper was a terrific host - he was incredibly quick to respond to all inquiries, and he kindly allowed us to store our bags on the premises after we checked out. We were a group of 3, and it was a bit of a squeeze - the bedroom consists solely of a loft up a ladder with a double bed and no room for anything else. If you are able to squeeze into a small space, this is a lovely choice.”

“It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left……

“The room was big, clean, with a nice view. However, it was said to be lockers at the basement, so if we arrived early, we can leave the luggage there. But there were only two lockers for the whole building, and they were always occupied until we left. This is kind of funny, since people should bring their luggage into their room after they checked in. Those lockers are either fake, or someone that is not living in this building took those for their own use.”

“There is no TV which is odd. Just a Bose CD player from the 90s. I understand there is no AC, but even with the window open it was significantly hotter in the room than even the hallway. This made it miserable to sleep. What's worse was the bedding and pillows. I ended up purchasing my own. The walls and doors are more than paper thin. Trust that you will here every scrape of a fork on your neighbors plate and every single word spoken outside the door or through the walls. Also, ALL of the doors……

“Great location in Old Town, bed was comfortable and despite being a very old place it was in pretty good shape.”

“What a wonderful place! The apartment felt like home. The location is great, the apartment had everything we needed, was spic & span and Jesper was a great host. I would highly recommend it! Thanks, Jesper!!”
