About this space
Our property is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. It is very suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups.
The space
Our property is a family owned guest house consisting of 5 self-contained studio apartments. Our aim is to make our guests feel as comfortable as in their own homes, and ensure they have a great stay in our studios. We are happy to give our recommendations for bars, restaurants, places of interest or anything our guests may wish to do in Varna.
Our studios are equipped with single beds but we put them together as one bigger bed when our guests are couples or if they simply prefer it that way.
This studio has an area of approximately 40 square meters.
Guest access
The guests are able to access the whole studio. The only thing that is shared with other guests is the washing machine which is located in a separate laundry closet.
Other things to note
COVID-19 UPDATE:
We are taking all possible measures to minimise the risk of having this Mr. Covid-19 as our guest. In addition to the usual detergents that we diligently clean with, all touchable surfaces are treated with strong disinfectant based on ethanol and chlorhexidine digluconate. Also, we use an ozone generator after each guest, as an additional insurance that all bacteria and viruses in the studio are mercilessly killed. As a precaution, we strongly recommend wearing a mask in the hallways of the building.

Please note that preparation of strong-smelling food (such as mutton meat for instance) is strictly forbidden and there is a 70 Euro penalty fee if this rule is broken.
