“Séjour en famille fantastique. Nous avions envoyé un mail avant d'arriver et nos souhaits ont été pris en compte. Le SPA et la piscine en libre accès sont un vrai plus. Le service de chambre est impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ”

“Después de Sofía, Plovdiv y Veliko Tarnovo sin ningún problema llegamos a Varna y tuvimos una desagradable sorpresa. El maleducado recepcionista nos explicó que nuestra reserva era una habitación para tres personas, pero que eso no significaba que la habitación tuviera que tener tres camas (supongo que en su casa duermen en el suelo), y que si queríamos tener una habitación con tres camas teniamos que pagar 40 euros adicionales y que si no estabamos de acuerdo nos podíamos ir y reclamar el……

“They cheat my..and i had 2 pay 30 euro 4 a damage which happened in the shower..the tools so old..and with a small touch ..things could be broken...the wifi its not free at rooms although they published in thier a.d that wifi free.. The location is very beatiful..and with bus 409 could move from and to the city.. and by walking 15 minutes get the golden sands.. I dont recommend people get this hotel”
