「從Trinity Station走路過來約5分鐘而已, 正對面便是一家中型shopping mall. 步行5分鐘又可到大型超市Big Bazaar, 地點著實方便. 內部陳設也頗現代. 唯有房內裝修稍顯陳年老舊. 總體來說住的還算習慣. 只是外面馬路的喇叭聲此起彼落的, 隔音稍有不足.」

I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve.
