“The cottage was pretty easy to find and nice to stay in but we like a little more privacy. Thanks!”

“House is very cute and decorated with bluebirds throughout. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. View of lake from front window is lovely although there is no access to the lake. The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean.……

“Amazing property. Everything ran smoothly and we loved every minute of being there. Hot tub was nice and clean, as was the rest of the property.”

“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)”

“Cute and cozy. Host did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice updated farmhouse - clean and comfortable.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this clean and cozy home! ”

“Wonderful accommodation with spacious kitchen and sitting area. Loved the location adjacent to the blueberry tree farm and the dog bar restaurant.”

“This is an awesome property. The photos in the listing are pretty accurate. Even my dog loved the place. Robert was fantastic at responding to my messages. Located close enough to everything, yet secluded enough to leave the world behind.”

“The host was very receptive and accommodating. The property was accurately described and illustrated in photos. I had an extended stay, the amenities were adequate and the property location was central for my needs. The steps to access and two small interior steps could be an issue if one has mobility issues. Would do a repeat stay.”

“No concerns. Everything as stated. ”

“I booked a mother-daughter weekend getaway at Dell Collective's Cabin 19A, and it exceeded our expectations. The cabin was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly homey. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and gather in the evening for drinks and conversation. The hot tub, located just outside the porch, was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Cabin 19A is in a fantastic location for anyone visiting the Geneseo region or……

“Great experience!!! Property was even better in person! The design and attention to detail was amazing. Honestly, the best property I have stayed at. The whole family loved the experience of interacting with the farm animals and checking for fresh eggs daily.”
