「I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

「We loved our stay at Seaview Vista. It was spotless and we loved everything about it. The view from the rooftop deck was awesome at sunset. Although the parking space was a little cramped for our car, there was never a problem finding a spot on the street. It was a short walk to Alaska Junction which also made it convenient. The host, Payton was extremely responsive and really seemed to care about our stay. We would definitely stay here again.」
