"Five of us girlfriends came to town to visit Frankenmuth. We were the first visitors at this house. The listing said enough sleeping for 10 so we each got a bedroom with plenty of space for more if needed. It was chilly at night and the furnace worked quickly & efficiently. We didn’t cook, but did make coffee. There was a pot & filters. We brought our own coffee & creamers. At the time the ice machine was not hooked up in fridge, yet. Do bring your passwords for streaming as we weren’t able to...

"the Residenz is a perfect place to stay when visiting Frankenmuth with a large group. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed dinners at the massive dining room table and spent the evenings out by the fire pit. The house is right next to the Bavarian Inn so easy to enjoy their amenities (add'l cost). We stayed over 4th of July weekend and had the perfect view for fireworks! We would definitely recommend this home for your next group visit!"
