“My wife was very impressed with the decor. We had a nice room (king bed) but it was noisy with a very late arrival upstairs. I found the correspondence from the owner to be too lengthy and somewhat confusing with requirements to download a separate App (August) to gain entry. I do understand the need for security but there must be a simpler way. Also departure requests were not read by us until we had already departed and we had not complied, ie, stripped the linens from the bed and left……

“Comfortable and private. The single stand alone units are unique. Check in/out was easy and no hassle. Love the location…easy walk to restaurants and stores.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathroom. Shower has no safety bar and needs towel racks. ”

“Wonderful stay. Halls are a little dated but rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel overall was very clean and pleasant. Planning another visit in August and I will be staying here again”

“We liked everything about the Casino and Hotel except our neighbors. Midnight to 3:30am the gambling moved to the room next door. Didn’t get a good night sleep due to noise both nights. Will consider a different hotel. ”
