「Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge...

「The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. 」
