“I had stayed at ESJ Tower lots of time on the past 35 years. I did noticed some changes that they need to upgrade and fix. But I also noticed that they have lots of construction work going on at the present time. They need to fix the pool and open the lobby bar. They need AC in the lobby. The location and the view is awesome. I always rent with Chana and is awesome. ”

“The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!”

“Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. “Location is great; right on the beach.The host is helpful and responsive. The apt is in need of some care. I never got warm water in the shower, but my partner got too hot all at once. “This place is perfect for a long family vacation. Not only was it clean and safe but it had everything you need to make the best out of your stay and save some money on those extra expenses. The kitchen was fully equipped (even basic condiments and coffee) No oven but a nice air fryer and good size microwave. Beach chairs, toys and life vests. There were several BBQ stations on property common area. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Walgreens across the street). A car rental just across……

“This place was perfect! It has EVERYTHING you need and it’s exactly like the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants and Condado Beach. Felt very safe staying there due to the condo security procedures. Also, very nice and quiet at night which I loved after coming back exhausted. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“All good things to say about this place. I traveled with my family including my older parents and we were all comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. There weren't a lot of kitchen tools and we struggled with the internet connectivity but other than that, the place was perfect. ”

“The property was amazing very safe but a little confusing to find at first. Me and my friends stayed here for spring break the host was very accommodating and nice and blew up an air mattress for us before we arrived. Plenty of mirrors all around to get ready. All the beds were pretty nice. Grill, fridge and laundry machines work and water is provided for brita. Overall very happy with my stay would stay here again.”
