"+ New hostel, clean rooms. - No common room and kitchen. Unwilling staff. Not running water in the room for one of two day. There were some MIGRANTS from Morroco in my hostel room - only one of them have paid and had a room card, others slept in all free beds. They were making noise at around 4-6am every night. Horrible experience, NEVER MORE!"

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The rooms were far too hot for the weather in Granada. After checking in, we spent the day exploring the city and returned late in the evening only to find that the room was extremely warm, with no air conditioning available. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful and simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Although she offered a fan, we were told that we had to carry it to the room ourselves. Overall, while the property itself is attractive and well situated, the lack of air conditioning and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable"
