Great Stay

Lovely property with everything we could need. Was expecting bunk beds and it was 2 singles - but that may have been a language barrier, and made no difference for us. Incredible outside space - we loved eating in the outside tent

A week in Velines, France

This was a beautiful property set in a large garden. Very secure. Approximately 1.5hrs from Bordeaux and 20 minutes to St Emilion. A brilliant location if on a wine tour. The property owner was charming and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return.

Super villa, confortable, bien équipée, grand parc, au calme, jeux... Très bien située, à côté des jardins de Sardi et près de Montcaret : tour Montaigne (vins excellents) et villa romaine (mosaïques). Super séjour, les enfants se sentent comme chez eux... de belles vacances!

Calme ,confort et silence

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille.Parc de belle taille , parfaitement clôturé (pour les enfants ) et très bien équipé en particulier en jeux pour les petits et grands ! Propriétaire d’une grande courtoisie , discret et très à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Voor de 2e keer hier geweest. Fijne vakantie gehad. Heerlijke plek, super dat tuin zo veilig is voor kinderen! Erg rustig en privé, top! En een geweldig aardige verhuurder!!! Ons Frans is dramatisch maar met Google translate kwamen we er wel uit. Huis is prima, maar wel aardig gedateerd. De vloerbedekking is niet heel fris meer dus had Rituals homespray meegenomen deze keer. Er waren dit keer veel spinnenwebben en spinnen, was fijner geweest als die even weggehaald waren. Tuin was minder groen, maar dat is logisch met de hitte van dit jaar. Volgend jaar gaan we denk ik even naar een andere plek, maar het is wel een aanrader! Ohja…er wordt herfst 2022 airco aangelegd in het huis!

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van de ruimte in huis en in de tuin. De ruime privetuin met jeu de boules, tafeltennistafel en baskerbalring, maar ook verschillende zitplekjes in de zon en schaduw zorgden voor lekkere ontspanning. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en lekker licht. Ook op een regenachtige dag is het een fijne plek. In de nabije omgeving kun je boodschappen doen, zijn gezellig dorpjes om te lunchen, zwemmogelijkheid en brocantewinkeltjes en marktjes. Kortom we hebben genoten.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die er alles aan doen om het naar wens te maken. Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles is in overvloed aanwezig, van voorraden, handdoeken etc., buitenspeelgoed, apparatuur tot tuinmeubelen. O.a. voetbalgoal, schommel, glijbaan en badmintonnet aanwezig. Zeer grote mooie omheinde tuin met een bamboe cabana waar je met veel mensen gezellig kan tafelen. Villa is bij uitstek geschikt voor groot gezin of groot gezelschap. Over algemeen iets meer reisafstand tot bezienswaardigheden. Echter Saint Emilion, Bergerac en Bordeaux goed bereisbaar. Tuin is mooier in werkelijkheid dan de foto's op de website.

Het is vooral een mooi huis voor volwassenen of met kinderen tot 4 jaar (grote veilige tuin). Onze zoon van bijna 5 vond het te stil en er zijn ook geen kinderen in de buurt. Sowieso bleek dit meer een streek voor volwassenen. Uitjes voor kinderen zijn gauw meer dan een uur rijden in de richting van Sarlat.

Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung, schöner Garten zum Verweilen und unter Bäumen essen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, 2. Kühlschrank amerikanisch mit Icemachine. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut und ruhig. Empfang und Betreuung durch Vermieter sehr aufmerksam, wohnt in der Nähe. Ein Tagesausflug zu den prähistorischen Höhlen von Lauscaux (1.30 h Fahrt) lohnt sich, unbedingt IV mit modernster Museumstechnik (neu eröffnet Ende 2016), authentischer ist die alte nachgebaute Höhe Lascaux II. Einkaufen am Ort im Carrefour Contact, kleine Bäckerei zu Fuss 100m. Grosses amerikanisches Einkaufscenter (Leclerc) ca 10 Minuten.

Mooie, ruime en zeer rustig gelegen vakantiewoning, met indrukwekkend grote en aangename tuin, met flink wat tuinmeubilair, speeltuigen voor kinderen en (sinds dit jaar) bamboe-'cabane', ideaal voor o.a. ontbijt. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaars, die zorgen voor aangename ontvangst. Vélines is een klein, leuk dorpje tussen de wijnvelden. Pluspunt een bakker op 100 m van de woning! Wel rekening houden met afstand als je ergens naar toe wil kan tijdrovend zijn...

Prachtige locatie!! Veel privacy, rust en ruimte. Wij zijn hier 12 dagen verbleven als jong gezin met 3 kinderen. Het terrein is volledig omheind, toegang via een afstand bediende poort. Alles of zelfs meer als wat je thuis hebt is aanwezig! Eigenaars zijn erg aardig, gaven ons een rondleiding bij aankomst. Voor de uitjes zijn wij naar Bordeaux, Bergerac en St. Foy de la Granse geweest. Aanrader!

Afgelopen zomer een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis in Velines. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen (0, 1, 3, 3 jaar oud) Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles is aanwezig, vaatwasser, bestek, grote keuken met 2 koelkasten, vriezer, kinderstoelen ook aanwezig. Buiten was er een leuke schommel voor 2 kinderen gemaakt. De tuin was prachtig ingericht, ook daar van alle gemakken voorzien, BBQ, grote parasol, ligbedden. Je kan hier heerlijk in de tuin zitten terwijl de kinderen op hun loopfietsen hier rondrijden. Om de hele tuin heen zit een hek wat extra veiligheid bied voor (kleine) kinderen. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. In de omgeving (max 1 uur rijden) zijn genoeg mooie en leuke dingen te doen en te zien, (wijn)chateaus en dorpjes. De meeste bezienswaardigheden liggen dus op wat langere rijafstand maar dat is zeker de moeite waard. Supermarkten ook dichtbij. Een kleine supermarkt in de buurt op 5 min en grotere max 15 minuten rijden. De gastheer en vrouw hebben zeker heel erg hun best gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Van een lekker wijntje en een mooie bos bloemen bij aankomst, het brengen van een extra kinderstoeltje tot uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving/wijnstreek. Hele vriendelijke mensen. Wij hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad in een super(groot) mooi huis. Wij willen hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Verzonden vanuit Outlook
