"We had an amazing stay in Bratislava! The apartment was perfect...perfect location, perfect amenities. We stayed for over a month to enjoy the Christmas markets of both Bratislava and Vienna The apartment provided what we were looking for. We made great use of the ability to cook, wash clothes. "It's a really nice hotel, amazing industrial loft design with great attention to all the small interior details. Great use of upcycled pieces in decor and furniture. A truly artful piece. Breakfast was good, enough of variety including healthy options. Fairly centrally located, just a 15min walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions. The only downside was an unpleasant interaction with a very unhelpful and unfriendly staff member. I was given a free drink voucher on arrival as a welcome gift, which was nice. I went to the Coffee & Wine Lounge, their onsite bar as suggested. As I don't drink, I've explained it to the bartender guy and asked if I could have coffee instead. Only to receive a very cold and abrupt 'No'. Without even as much as an apology or an explanation. Really?? Such pettiness at a 4star hotel is a bit insulting. Such a shame..."

"This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. There was loads of choice at breakfast and the food was great - and if its nice - there are a few outside tables to eat. We had a really comfortable stay here"

"The room was clean. Had a lovely view of the Danube river and the UFO. Great location. In the old town with bars and restaurants over the road. Bus station also over the road if you are looking to get transport it is really easy. Good facilities, although you have to pay extra for the wellness centre if you have a basic room. This was not stated on Expedia before booking. It was €15 extra per day to book the wellness centre or the hotel sent me a message via Expedia stating we could book the wellness centre for €10 for one day. The steam room was broken. The pool was open and they had two saunas. Good selection at breakfast. Some of the food was cold however. Had a good night sleep. Did not really hear people in the hotel which was good. There is a club under the hotel. The club was not open as we stayed during the week but I can imagine it getting a bit noisy on a weekend if your room is on the first floor."

"The information on the advertisement is not correct. There is no breakfast area, you need to walk around 200m to another hotel. There is no lounge area on the top deck as advertised. At least, it was not opened at that time of the year. The hotel smells terribly, difficult to stay in and was expecting to leave as quickly as possible. The staffs of the day are not courteous, any request for information is replied unpolitelly: for exemple - any restautant recommended nearby? - answer, I dont know, I dont have time to dine here! I am used to travel in many cities and staying in various hotels, as a platinum member of expedia, however, the information when I booked this one is misleading and honestly one of the worst I've stayed."
