“Although the property is not on Audubon Lake, it is within walking distance, and there are a couple of nearby places to put a boat in. There is a scenic view out the back, overlooking the rolling hills and a pond. There’s also a nice front porch with lots of seating and a table for Al fresco dining and/or games, a selection of which are in the house. “This was a business trip for me. Way better than hotels, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely decorated old house apartment. A tad cozy but over all comfortable. I wasn’t there all day but it was nice to head back to after my very odd and unpredictable hours. The laundry facility came in handy, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Need quarters. The property was well supplied with all the comforts and kitchen necessities. Too bad I didn’t have time to cook. Probably the best spice rack and condiment inventory……
