"Pésimo, el personal administrativo, muy mal servicio, no identificaron mi reserva, me negaron la entrada al hotel, me hablaron muy mal de hoteles.com. Dicen que nunca les pagan, y no me dieron la habitación. Me comuniqué con hoteles.com y dijeron que iban a gestionar el reembolso de mi dinero y no me lo han solucionado. Pésima experiencia.
