「Deben trabajar el desayuno. La seccion de huevos fritos, revueltos etc no estaba caliente. No habian tostadas ni tostador para el pan. Habia que reclamar el café al servicio, por favor pongan cafe y leche para que el huesped pueda servirse exactamente el cafe como lo quiera sin tener que dar mil explicaciones y recibir cualquier otra cosa. Yogurt griego y avena no hubiesen estado mal tampoco.」

「A quiet oasis where you can enjoy nature in a peaceful setting. Parking is free and breakfast is included. The bungalows are clean and ample with a private patio. They have a delicious dinner menu too. The staff is friendly and very accommodating especially Alessandro. 」

「I loved this hotel. It’s right next to the gate into the historic section of Noto. It’s either brand new or recently remodeled. Everything is up to date. There’s an elevator and a rooftop terrace. I stayed three nights. Breakfast is made to order. I left a bag at a restaurant and a hotel staff member went and got it for me! I would absolutely stay again. 」

「Everything at san Carlo was perfect- couldn’t’ have asked for a more pleasant stay and we’ve been to many short term stays in about 40 countries. Breakfast was full and varied to suit all tastes and absolutely tasty. The suites are large and inviting. No linens were fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. Want to linger there is a cafe next to the entrance but not a sound penetratked the suite. All in all marvellous.」

「Excellent location in Noto. Room was a little above basic but clean. Bathroom was spacious and included some toiletries. Appreciated having shelves in bathroom to put toiletries, etc. Wifi had strong signal. Staff was helpful but thought they would be a little more helpful based on other reviews. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee and tea made with love and care, and items appeared fresh with a lovely presentation. Although parking is not onsite, it is not too cumbersome; staff was helpful...

「We found the property to be in excellent condition. The rooms are extremely spacious and wonderful bathrooms, with king size beds which are very comfortable. The attention to details generally for all the furnishings and interiors, design are exceptional. the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Also we had a very delicious breakfast with fresh produce every morning. I would definitely recommend friends and family and we will definitely stay there again.」
