“Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön, es hat alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde immer gut gereinigt mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr schön, der Pool auch.
Einziges Manko war das Personal beim Frühstück. Die ersten Tage wurde man sehr oft "übersehen". Mehr als nur positiv hervorzuheben war Giacomo. Seit er da war, hat es sich durch ihn gebessert.”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice.
Good:
Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too.
Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good.
Bad:
Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”
