"The staff at the hotel and restaurant are courteous and professional. Unlike some places in the Balkans, the hotel is well set up and planned out: the HVAC is easy to operate and works, the shower is easy and water stays in the shower, no leaks. And the restaurant has delicious food, especially the the fresh fish and seafood. "

"It’s an excellent property itself, very spacious, modern and clean. However, second elevator didn’t work for some time, and we had episodes of no water or electricity. It was a problem, since our suite was located on 19th floor. For the last day, water was shut off completely without any explanation or apology."
