“We enjoyed a lovely week's stay in this beautiful villa in October 2025. The location and views are really breath-taking, overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains, with plenty of outside space. The villa itself is very modern and high-spec whilst also being very comfortable and well-equipped. Everything just worked and the wi-fi was very reliable.The infinity swimming pool was amazing - beautiful to dip your toes in (in October) and to look at when the sun sets or when lit up at night.Location……

“We went from Malcesine on the ferry to Limone and drove up north to Riva del Garda and south to Simione and even took a cooking class…wish we had more time…we will visit again.”

“We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I……

“Heerlijk rustig. Ruim appartement, met airco. Veilig parkeren op afgesloten terrein bij de woning. Zwembad, ligstoelen, jacuzzi, sauna, aan alles is gedacht. Deze deel je met andere bewoners indien aanwezig. Woning zelf is basic ingericht, zou wat meer aandacht mogen krijgen wat betreft aankleding. De eigenaren zijn superaardig en maken zelf heerlijke producten zoals honing, wijn en vlees. Vanaf de woning zijn Padua, Chioggia en Venetië uitstekend te bereiken! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. ”

“Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet, betten waren auch ok. Die neue sommerküche ist super, großer kühlschrank, herd mit induktionskochfeld. Der pool natürlich das highlight. Waren im haus eigentlich nur zum schlafen und im Bad. Mücken waren ärgerljch, aber dafür kann die vermieterin ja nichts”

“Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sauber, hübsch, toller Ausblick und eine nette Familie! Besonders für kürzere Aufenthalte geeignet, da auf Dauer wahrscheinlich eine Küche fehlen würde. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt die Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber, so hatten Sie eine Überraschung parat anlässlich eines Geburtstages.”

“The property is in a quiet location, not on a main road. To make sure we had no problems finding it the property the owner met us at the road and lead us there. The house is a charming place. The owners were wonderful. We do not speak Italian and they were more than willing to make a couple dinner reservations for us. I highly recommend this property.”

“Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend. ”
