「The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. When we arrived, the host was there to greet us and give us the tour. They provided snacks, a lovely bottle of wine, coffee, and stocked the fridge with half and half. It was so thoughtful! There were plenty of extra bath towels which we appreciated, and a lot of things for the beach - beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, scooters, a wagon, etc. They also had a lot of fun games and movies for the kids. The washer and dryer worked wonders...

「Wendy was very good at communicating and making sure staying at the cottages was simple and relaxing. Furnished very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water in the claw foot tub. If you need an escape from the day to day hustle, this is the place. Also if it gets a little warm, just open the windows and front door, turn on the fans and let the fresh coastal air take you away. We stayed 4 nights and have zero regrets picking this as our home base for this part of our trip. 」

「I had such a wonderful stay at this studio cottage in Palos Verdes, which was even more beautiful than the photos! I spent a month here and appreciated how peaceful it felt. 「This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...
