"I never got to stay here, as it turned out that not only do they not have any front desk later in the evening, but they were also absolutely unwilling to do anything to help after I realized that my flight was arriving late and there would be no way for me to check in. "Our rooms were absolutely fabulous. The views (we made sure to reserve a room with a view) were incredible during both day and night. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There was a coffee machine and small kitchen in our rooms. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage while continuing to explore Venice. We were able to do an excursion to Murano via the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, however I didn’t find the staff there very friendly. Also, the bathroom for usage outside of your room/after you check out was not as clean as I would have expected."

"Was a great hotel until I spoke to the front desk about the private taxi/driver to the Marco Polo airport. They said it was going to be 220 euros and I said I was emailing someone from the hotel a couple days before and it was only 170 euros so was shocked it went up 50 euros. They tried to give an explanation but didn’t make much sense. I ended up paying 195 euros because I needed the service."

"Your in the middle of everything ! So whichever way your headed it’s not a far walk , the farthest we had to walk was 15 min ? There’s a water bus station super near so your not hauling your luggage for long at all. There is no elevator but being in Italy w a suitcase your bound to carry it on the stairs it was no big deal . Room was clean w basic necessities, everything we needed . Staff was super kind and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout w no issues . Can’t go wrong w this hotel at all"

"The reception staff were super. There was a train strike while we were staying (we were travelling from Venice to Verona on the day of the strike) and the guy on Reception desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was clean but a little tired (we were staying in the hotel’s annex which was about a 30 second walk from the main hotel). Air conditioning was great - and there was plenty of space in the room."
