"This was a reallly unique and beautiful stay. The estate is very remote but easily accessible by car, the staff were wonderful, the room and breakfast outstanding, as was the restaurant, and the natural pool was really refreshing and set in beautiful surroundings. The remoteness makes this place a little difficult to traverse without a car, but is absolutely worth it for a bucolic change of scenery."

"Great hotel! Just 2-4 min walk to the Rialto Pier for Water Bus, Private taxis, and airport transfers. Literally a flat walk. No bridges and stairs. Once you get to the pier, you go straight towards a small alley, be alert for a big red floor mat that says hotel bella venezia on your left. That is where you enter the hotel. April was nice and offered us a partner restaurant close by. Get the card and go to the Pizzeria Giglio and get the seafood pasta! The best pasta I had in Italy. The property is old but well maintained. The walls are made od bricks but you can hear some conversation from outside. Didn’t bother us a bit. If you care about location to the pier and the attractions this is the best hotel for you."

"Location to train station and water bus is excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small as was the shower but the ambience of staying in an old monastery, convenience and staff make up for that. Because really while in Venice do you want to hang out in your room?"
