ACQUAMARE Suite is a charming "mini-loft" of 70m2 which is located on the third and top floor of a building on the bank of the Grand Canal of the island of Murano, Venice. The highlight is its 15m2 rooftop terrace known as the "altana" with deck chairs and breathtaking views over the 10-minute Vaporetto from Venice's tourist center, living in the midst of local life, like a Venetian.
This Suite ideal for 2 people also has a second terrace of 5 square meters and a 10 meter long balcony where it is pleasant to have breakfast in the morning. It is an apartment of character, offers a double bed, flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the traditional Italian moka, kettle, juicer, iron and ironing board etc. ... The elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and shampoo / shower gel supply ... Wi-Fi connection, cable internet, heating and air conditioning, but no lift.

Great location and fun city

We stayed at this location for 2 nights and it was a perfect place for a quiet rest. We were able to enjoy the restaurants in the neighborhood and the roof view was beautiful.

Best of Italy

From the start, the management communicated with us to ensure an easy arrival. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend in Murano. The view from the private balcony was spectacular. Upon arrival we were given several excellent restaurant recommendations and had a private glass tour arranged by the very polite staff. The staff can help arrange tours and passes but after looking at what we had are ourselves they stated they recommend we stay with what we had booked - this level of service and honestly is much appreciated.

Fantastic views and exclusive, relaxing getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was accommodating. This was our first time visiting the area, and she helped clarify the best way to transport ourselves to the area. The views from the top balcony are out of this world, and the property is furnished and outfitted with everything you could need. It was great being able to walk right next door to buy groceries and then walk up some stairs and be home. The area is quiet and peaceful at night, with great local shops. We loved this vacation and can't stop talking about it... if you're thinking about booking this property, 100% do it. Thanks!

Practically perfect in every way

We had such an amazing time staying at this property, and the property management was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Venice. We loved the glass blowing on the island of Murano and also that it was separate from the city center. Thanks for everything!

Die beste Aussicht der Lagune

Unser viertägiger Aufenthalt in Murano war herrlich. An- und Abreise sind durch die Vaporetto-Station direkt vor der Tür sehr einfach (wir liessen das Auto am Flughafen stehen und kamen mit dem Alilaguna-Boot). Im Hinterhaus ist eine Coop, in der man alles bekommt. Das Studio ist bestens ausgestattet, im Bad sind reichlich Duschgel, Shampoo, Spülung, Bodylotion... auch Fön, Wattestäbchen und Wattepads. In der Küchenzeile ist wirklich alles erdenkbare da (außer einer Teekanne). Wir haben mittags die Klimaanlage genossen und abends die milde Brise auf der herrlichen Terrasse... wir fühlten uns ein bißchen wie auf einer Luxusjacht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen lief über whatsapp sehr schnell. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage

Das kleine Appartement mit offener Küche, Frühstücksbalkon und exklusiver Dachterrasse (großartige Aussicht bis zum Markusdom in Venedig) liegt ideal an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Murano Museo. Der Check-In ist durchdacht und unkompliziert. Im Nachbareingang links ist ein gutes Restaurant mit Terrasse am Kanal und auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein Supermarkt, so dass man sehr kurze Wege hat. Die Lage ist ideal, die Ausstattung des Appartements durchdacht und gediegen. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei (auch das WLAN), die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, einzig die Matratze des Bettes fanden wir etwas zu hart, aber das ist individuell bewertet und kein Minuspunkt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche.

Exceptionnel

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort. Idéal pour un couple . Très bien situé avec un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble ainsi que l'arrêt du vaporetto. Grande tranquillité le soir et le matin car Murano est très paisible à partir de 17 h 30 l'AM et jusqu'à 9 heures le matin. Cela n'empêche pas de relier Venise très rapidement avec les vaporettos très nombreux à Murano. Enfin , la terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble offre une vue magnifique avec un réel plaisir de contempler Murano et Venise au loin en pleine nuit sur les chaises longues . Génial !
