距車站步行約3-4分鐘
位置很不錯，離車站及水上taxi都近，緊鄰熱鬧街道，房間跟浴室空間算大，附近有中式餐廳，味道不錯。以威尼斯本島上的住宿價格來說，算便宜。缺點是沒有電梯，扛大件行李會比較辛苦

一分錢 一分貨 住宿靠近火車站 大概五分鐘的路程 感覺就像香港長洲的東堤小築.... 職員友善 當日 大清早八時多抵達時 也讓我們提早check in

Ottima esperienza, personale disponibile e struttura in linea con le aspettative. Unico neo: tutte le spine della corrente che avevamo andavano lente nelle prese in camera (nonostante fossero dello stesso tipo e le spine di solito non avessero problemi), quindi bastava un piccolo tremolio dei fili per disconnetterle, siamo andati a dormire con l'incognita se il giorno dopo i telefoni sarebbero stati carichi o no perché la spina di era staccata (alla fine erano carichi per fortuna)

O local é um excelente custo benefício , e super indico . Está perto de tudo e fácil de chegar . Está ao lado de bares e pontos turísticos e estação de trem literalmwnte do lado ! O quarto tem aquecedor o que foi um diferencial em Janeiro com 0 graus ! Tudo limpo mesmo com banheiro compartilhado ( aliás são 2 banheiros grandes com aquecedor também ). Certamente voltarei !

Chambre affreuse
Très bien situé, mais très très vieux. Ameublement affreux et lit inconfortable. Nous y avons séjourné une seule nuit et c'était assez.

Reasonable accomidation

Céntrico y agradable
Queda a pasos de la estación de trenes, lugar céntrico. La señora de la recepción fué muy amable, ya que yo no se nada de Italiano y me logró entender. En definitiva, buena experiencia, céntrico y cercano a la estación Santa Lucía para llegar e irte fácilmente.

Localização é ótima
A localização é excelente e isso é o que vale a pena neste hotel, além do preço. Os demais itens deixam a desejar. O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais limpo e o excesso de escadas dificulta para subir com malas.

Honest and straight forward personal experience
Good service for the price, very nice people at the desk. Close to the train station and venice landmarks. Good place to stay if you travel on a budget, only down thing is probably bedbugs in the room we stayed, me , my wife and my son been having the skin rash usually going with bedbugs.

Lean mi comentario antes de reservar
Cuando llegué, no encontraban la reservación. Revisaron mi nombre una y otra vezy no la encontraban. Tuve que llamar (por chat) al servicio al cliente de hoteles. com, donde me apoyaron como pudieron, pero era algo complicado porque los dueños hablaban en algún dialecto de veneciano y algo de inglés (eso me lo dijo el amigo que iba conmigo que sí hablaba italiano) y el chico del servicio al clientes que al parecer hablaba en inglés y español pero tenían un traductor en italiano, entonces se hacían bolas. El caso es que después les dijeron que hoteles. com y expedia eran lo mismo, entonces revisaron las reservaciónes y la encontraron. PERO como nunca vieron esa reservación, no tenían habitación para nosotros. Lo que pasó fue que sacaron el dinero de esa reservación y nos instalaron en un hotel que quedaba casi enfrente a ese (tal vez mejor). Nos insinuaron en algún momento que podían regresarnos el dinero, pero nosotros no queríamos el dinero ni buscar otro lugar y perder tiempo, Venecia es muy chiquito, había muchísima gente y lo que quería era estar cerca de la central de trenes. Los dueños del hotel se veían buenas personas, la señora era adorable y el señor muy contento, pero eran personas ya grandes de edad, entonces la confusión, creo yo, fue tecnológica. Mi recomendación es que reserven este hotel mejor por expedia, o si llegan a reservar por aquí, llamen o escriban antes para confirmar su reservación. Por suerte para nosotros, todo salió bien.

Close to the train station, has luggage storage, lots of shopping and food nearby, and helpful staff. It reminded me of staying in a cute guest house rather than a basic hotel. You do need to be able to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs.

Es un hotel familiar, limpio con habitaciones muy basicas pero por el precio que pagas esta muy bien. El personal muy amable. El hotel esta ubicado en un barrio muy tansitado, al lado de tiendas, supermercado y transport public. A 20 min caminando del puente de Rialto y 30 min se la Piazza San Marco. Lo negativo son los mosquitos en las habitaciones y ruidos de los otros guespedes poco respetuosos.

Overall, our stay was okay. Initially we were put in a room which had a lot of mosquitoes and was not very clean as noted by the dead bugs on the walls which had not been removed prior to our check in. However, when we complained to the front desk staff they did change our room and that one was much better. The location of the hotel is excellent especially if arriving by train as it is only a few minutes away. Please note that the entrance to the annex is down an alley which seems very common in Venice but it would be great if the hotel could add a light for guests to make it less daunting at night. Wifi was available but not very strong which was fine for us as we spent a lot of our time outside of the hotel. The entrance to the hotel (main and annex) is only accessible via stairs so definitely avoid if you use a wheelchair or stroller. One big ask for the hotel would be to provide a sign that allows guests to opt out of daily cleaning by housekeeping. We were very surprised to find our room cleaned when we returned after the first night and our stuff had been moved (nothing was taken) but this is a service that we usually prefer to be optional.
