很靠近火車站，但要過個要爬樓梯的橋
很靠近火車站，但要過橋，搬行李要爬樓梯很辛苦。免費早餐好吃。 飯店房間整潔但不大，重點是雙人床很小且床中央嚴重塌陷，睡靠近床緣一點時根本就變傾斜一邊了，睡的腰酸背痛。 飯店人員親切，介紹很多景點和餐廳，但試了一家介紹的餐廳之後，覺得根本就是黑店，海鮮食材不新鮮，份量又少吃不飽。

服務態度很好。早上8時到11時會供應自助早餐。旅館房間方面，也不錯的，包毛巾，但花灑裝置和吹風機比較弱，建議自備吹風機。旅館整體也很好，古色古香，非常有特色。 距離車站大概10分鐘路程，很方便！不過要小心出車站過橋時會有一些人幫你拿行李，然後要求你付十歐元！

Hotel is very near to the train station, it's nice to stay here to catch the early train. Around 20 minutes walk to San Marco tourist area. If you like to travel and get lost in a foriegn city. Venice is a good place. Not many choice in the breakfast compared other hotels we stayed in Italy but it's included in the price.

Nice and warm apartment
We lives in Marin's apartment, it's also not far from main station, and just near a waterbus stop which on the line to airport, very convenient! The apartment is quiet and comfortable, wood style, 2 bedrooms, it has everything you need, kitchen, dishes, bright bathroom... and very clean! People are nice and friendly, even waiting for us at station's exit, and bring us to the apartment. Highly recommend!

hotel staff very kind .we reached the hotel before check in time when the staff lady sent us two cups of cool drink. the hotel has a nice garden.we lived in a room of first floor wen we pushed out window we can saw the scenery. of cause,if we would come earlier we would have a rest in it.

Haven't tried a short bed
Most hotels in Venice are small and old. Hotel Marin was not far away from train station Venice S. Lucia. We needed to cross a bridge to the hotel, which was difficult to travelers dragging luggage. This hotel was small but nice, people were friendly, breakfast was good enough. I think what they could improve is to use longer beds. Our bed was too short for me so I could not sleep well.

I had originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but upon recommendation from the hotel clerk, upgraded to a room that had the bathroom inside. That was the best choice I could have made. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. I didn’t get the breakfast option, but would recommend others to get it as the cost of a simple continental type breakfast in the restaurants nearby is about the same cost of the breakfast in the hotel where you would be better served.

The property is close to the bus and train station. Dont have to worry about hauling your luggage very far. Room is a decent size, excellent brekky options and quality. Theres plenty of food options nearby. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again

Close to the train station -- and the vaporetto -- and along a narrow street in an area somewhat less touristy than other parts of the city. We had a very nice room in a building separate from the main hotel. Staff was helpful.

Le personnel était très accueillant et chaleureux, l'endroit était très propre et à quelques minutes à pieds du Grand Canal et de la gare. Ce ne sont pas toutes les chambres qui ont une toilette ou une douche et le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus avec tous les forfaits, donc regardez bien avant de réserver. Ma mère et moi sommes très satisfaites de notre chambre et de notre salle de bain qui étaient très propres et spacieuses. Le quartier était très tranquille et facile à trouver dans cette ville labyrinthique.

Check-In und Check-Out ging problemlos und schnell, Zimmer war naja, alt und definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze war sehr weich, Badzimmer überall verkalkt und WC Spülung ging sehr schlecht. Über das Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich kein Frühstück mitgebucht habe. Vorteil: nahe am Bahnhof, und zum Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar, aber unter dem Strich was ich bezahlt habe absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Einfaches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das gilt für die Rezeption, den Frühstücksservice und die Reinigungskräfte. Wir hatten das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof gewählt, um nicht weit mit de Gepäck gehen zu müssen. Außerdem ist es natürlich ruhiger als in der Gegend um den Markusplatz. Den erreicht man durch die tollen Gassen und über zahlreiche Brücken in knapp 30 Minuten.

Overall a pretty good stay considering it's a 1 star hotel. Things I liked: Great location, walkable to the train, bus station, and the water bus. The room we stayed in was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet over night. Things I didn't like: The shower drained very slowly so by the time I finished showering I was standing in 3/4ths of an inch of water. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. We were not given any shampoo and instead we got 1 and a half bottle of body wash. The Towles were not changed during our three night stay.

What a lovely little hotel! The room was small though very well appointed. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the breakfast was simply amazing! The hotel is situated on a quiet street- about a block or two from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal. We will be back!

Lovely short stay in Venice
Hotel is in a great location which is surprisingly quiet. Room was comfortable, however there was a odd smell in the bathroom which wouldn't go away. We just kept the door closed. There is a fridge at the entrance which conveniently stocks cold water and beer to buy. Really nice to have when going to relax in the room before going back out. Staff were kind and helpful. We did not opt for breakfast but they managed to get us coffee and pastries when we were short for time one morning. Did not charge a lot which was appreciated. They also allow for luggage to be stored once we needed to check out which was again very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
