The apartment is located in the heart of Venice's historic centre, in the Cannaregio district, a few steps from the railway station and the renowned Jewish ghetto. Positioned on the ground floor, the accommodation includes a living area with equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms (one double and one single) and a bathroom with bath and shower (an additional bed is available upon request). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Great location, 10 mins walk from the Venice Central Train Station. Clean apartment, had problems with the hot water, contacted host and problem was fixed within the day. Apartment was damp and clothes that were washed on arrival didn’t dry within 4 days. Double bed was made up of two single mattresses placed together.

Hi there. My honest review. The location and apartment overall is very good. Christiana was a welcome personal, she provides all information what actually people needed and for that thanks and here my rate 10 of 10. I do have a negative part, so I was late because my flight was delayed and eventually I arrived a bit behind late check in and by policy customer have to pay 50 euros late fee that I am agree, but when I asked for my service in apartment that in policy included office responded on the next day (it's late), so from here looks like policy rules just works on one way (not fair).Other word humanity must be the first, anyway I would leave a tips for the service because its hard work, and here the rate 2 of 10. Thanks.

Excellent area close to train station and grand canal, but off the loud touristy streets. Very clean and quaint property. The property manager was so helpful with suggestions for dining and attractions. I would definitely stay again.
