We traveled with friends. This is a very nice place with a really good layout for privacy from friends or family sharing the unit. The 2 bedrooms are spaced away from each other and have adjacent bathrooms. The location is in the heart of Venice yet quiet and set back away from crowds. Every thing you need! Highly recommended! Water boat stop is close by and they are super easy to use!

Fantastic space that is well situated in a lot of great shops, street food, restaurants and grocery stores. Absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean and modern and was ideal for 2 couples to stay and have their own en suite bedroom and bathroom. The common area was perfect for bringing home some food and relaxing in the living room with a view of the canal and watching the gondolas go by. So convenient to have access to a washer and dryer as well. Would definitely book again when we return to Venice.

Our contact was Amir and he was truly excellent - very helpful, kind and considerate and accessible. My wife, three daughters, and I stayed here. Everything was clean and the property owners were extremely helpful. A representative met us, showed us the apt., and gave great tips and helpful info. The location is great. Slightly out of the most tourist filled areas but still with plenty of charm and was close to Rialto and public transport.

Acqua Alta! A unique experience. Location was good, on high ground. Close to San Toma’ vaporetto and many pizzerias and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and very well equipped. Lovely apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It has a great view over the canal, is kept very well, has plently of space, and is within walking distance of all that Venice has to offer. San Toma vaporetto stop is close by, as is a supermarket and plently of nice restaurants.

Larger than expected, well appointed, comfortable furniture. Great views of the canal and a popular bridge. Nice places to eat nearby and the communication with the team was excellent. This flat is very well placed for public transportation, sights of interest and restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby. The sitting room is comfortable, the kitchen is small but very well equipped. Not sure you can improve this but perhaps have some crockery stored in the kitchen?

This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. Right on one of the small canals!

The apartment is right on one of the small canals. Right is the heart of Venice. It is picturesque from the windows in the front bedroom and living room. There is a small bridge also great for photos. The apartment is clean and bathrooms are large. Well decorated with everything you would need. Kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay! Gondolas leave right next to the building.

We had a wonderful time in Venice! Our family of four (two teenage girls) fit very comfortably in the apartment. It was nice to have a second bathroom! Communication before/during stay was excellent. We were met at the local water taxi stop and shown to the apartment and shown around the apartment received some recommendations for local restaurants etc. Apartment is in good location - we walked everywhere. Apartment is large and both bedrooms bathrooms were good sized. Kitchen is slightly small but has everything you need and we were only making breakfast anyway. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is the laundry room - washer and dryer and is locked so just for the apartment's use. Would recommend.

Fantastic!!! Loved it! Owners and management are so pleasant and helpful. Any questions we had were answered right away! The apartment itself was beautiful and equipped with everything we could need… Everything was so clean and organized. The apartment was easily accessible from the ferry drop off….
