Murano is a lovely town and you get to enjoy Venice just a boat ride away without being in the middle of all the crowd in Venice. The hotel was amazing and service was super. They take care of every detail, you Can enjoy a cup of coffee in the terrace, work for a bit, or just go explore. Amazing place, there is cafes and restaurants near

It was not quite what I had pictured in my mind ..We could hear every move that other guest were making all night long ..Lots of noise
This place is not to the standards of a decent place to stay. You have to eat in your room, whatever they put in your room to eat, they tell you one price and then they charge you more at the end. If you have a question or need help, nobody is around. I don't recommend it to anyone. Sorry.
The host was extra friendly, he provided everything we asked for. The location is perfect, walking distance to the boat stop. Too bad I spent only one night there.
Great stay, Simo was a great, friendly host. The hotel is based in Murano which makes it a great location for getting around. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. There is a/c which was great especially as Venice is very very hot! The breakfast is continental style, there is a Coop about 5 mins away so you can get provisions from there. Overall a great stay!!
Absolutely wonderful! Our host was perfect! His main goal was for us to enjoy our stay and visit! Made sure we were fully stocked with food and made us feel extremely welcome! If your looking for an authentic visit to Venice I would stay here on Murano Island and highly recommend here! The water bus is very convenient and a lovely experience! Venice is beautiful!!! This bed and breakfast added to it's beauty!
We've stayed here before so knew that breakfast was supplied in each room rather than in a breakfast room - we were happy with this as it gave us total flexibility. Carla, very helpful and informative, told us where the nearest supermarket was in case we wanted to add anything. Near to vaporetto stops, several restaurants close by but not all open every evening so check times, easy to reach the city on frequent boats, even on a strike day and during the recent floods! (We picked a good week . . .) As guests are on the ground floor, the necessary shutters on the windows made the room fairly gloomy but we weren't planning on spending daytime in it. Spacious bathroom. We would definitely return.
My wife and I went to Venice for a few days and thought it would be awesome to spend the nights away from the hustle and bustle off on Murano (which for the record... is a genius idea). This Hotel had fairly high reviews and seemed moderately priced for what it was offering so we booked it. We ended up leaving a day early. Here is why:
1. The place was really super dirty. Dirty dishes in the closet, bugs and maggots on the floor, hair from the past guests all over... just icky.
2. It was a cold weekend in Venice, which meant the room was crazy cold and so damp the sheets felt wet. Unfortunately the heating wasn't turned on so we froze every night.
3. We ordered a queen bed and got two twins. The lady said if we push them together, its a queen. (lol)
4. "Free breakfast" is actually just some fruit on the fridge and a couple packaged pastries in the closet. There is a free coffee machine as well. I guess I just expected more from breakfast.
5. Free wifi is really quite slow. Slower than most hotels we've been to.
6. For the price, its just not worth it.
If you can get past all that then you're golden. Its in a great place and outside its super pretty.
The location was very nice, just on one of the water roads in Murano outside of Venice. The owner greeted us as soon as we got there and freshened the room when we left. She was very nice and accommodating. However, there was a lot of bugs in the room. There were ants all over where the food was (for breakfast) and there were spiders, centipedes, and other bugs in the corners.
It was a very nice room and stay, just needs to be sprayed for bugs.
It was truly amazing staying here and Carla, with her kindness and big hospitality, made our short visit really enjoyable! And the amazing breakfast that was ready in the fridge every morning gave you the best start on the day! We even got full help locating how to get to different airports and with which boat and so on. Full service and a beautiful garden where you could sit and relax with a book. Have nothing to complain on and Thank you Carla - you are truly the best!
excellente adresse
Carla la maitresse de maison est rayonnante, à la fois très efficace et très discrète
je conseille vivement cette adresse à l'écart des tumultes et de la foule de Venise
My cousin and I stayed here for two nights, and we initially had some trouble finding it from the boat dock at night. We eventually found it, and Carla, the owner, was kind and helpful, even though we arrived very late at night. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, and Carla stocked the fridge and mini bar for us with water, croissants, fruit, nutella, etc. However, the B&B has an ant problem, and there were ants everywhere, and quite a few silverfish and mosquitoes as well. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are bothered by bugs. The local area is quite nice and easy to walk to several of the water taxi docking stations, with great stores and cafes nearby.
