  • The apartment is located in the historic heart of Venice, one minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and 8 from Piazza San Marco.
    It is ideally located for visiting the city and enjoying the atmosphere it offers: just a few steps away are the Rialto Bridge, the famous Venice market, the Casino, the Fondaco dei Tedeschi, luxury store with a spectacular terrace on the Canal Great, where you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the city, Piazza San Marco as well as numerous patisseries, bars and typical restaurants.
    Silent and attention to detail, it has been recently restored but retains the typical Venetian identity of the area in which it is located.
    It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, has a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can be used as a second separate bedroom with a door, a comfortable dining room for 4 people, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Great property to stay in Rome! Great location and within walking distance of many attractions. It was a perfect size for my daughter and myself. Olivia even let us check in early and had no issues with communication. Several restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Street was quiet and the air conditioning worked great, which was a must with 98 degree temperatures!

Great communication from owner regarding the reservation and made the check in process easy. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was huge. If I were to go back to Venice I would stay again for sure.

The apartment is in a perfect location and quite spacious. The walks to all of Venice's sites were always within 15 minutes. Gilberto was very communicative and easy to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

Home away from home in Venice!!!

An amazing stay in a wonderful and peaceful environment. A great location within walking distances of great food, historic buildings and fun. I experienced a true pulse of Venice from this location. The host was truly helpful and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.
