It is located directly on the “fondamenta” (waterfront) next to the 9th-century Church of Sant’Eufemia and just a stone’s throw from Harry’s Dolci and the world-renowned Fortuny factory.

You’re just a two-minute walk from the vaporetto (water bus) stop at Palanca, which connects Giudecca to Zattere in just a few minutes.
The apartment is just a few metres from small local shops (including a bakery, a fruit and vegetable shop, a butcher, a post office, and a tobacco shop), and if you can’t find what you need there, there’s also a Coop supermarket just a five-minute walk away. We recommend breakfast at our favourite, friendly local bar on the island, “La Palanca”

. You enter the apartment via an external staircase leading up from an impeccably maintained inner courtyard. The bright, fully air-conditioned apartment features a kitchen with a breakfast bar, white cabinetry, and a dining area that leads to the living room, furnished with three large, comfortable sofas. Three large windows frame views down into the spacious, south-facing, private garden, which features a patio with an outdoor table and chairs that opens onto a well-maintained lawn with sun loungers.

The garden is accessed via the main staircase leading to the internal courtyard. There is an emergency spiral staircase from the living room that should not be used, especially by children.

There are two bedrooms—a master bedroom with a double bed and unparalleled views of the canal! It also features its own en-suite bathroom. In the centre of the apartment is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a large separate bathroom.

Additionally, there is a spa room with a Jacuzzi, which can also be used as an additional queen-size bedroom.
Other things to keep in mind
Late check-in after 10:00 PM (to be arranged in advance, subject to availability) costs 50 €.
The tourist tax of €4/5 (per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights per person) is not included and will be collected in cash at check-in.
The price includes initial and final cleaning, as well as the check-in process, a meeting with the check-in manager, registration with the state police, and the handover of keys, towels, blankets, and clean bedding.
