Schöne Tage

Sehr entspannt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, abseits des Massentourismus und doch so zentral, dass wir viel zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Mehrtagesticket für die Wasserbusse war auch eine große Hilfe. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge in Castello und an der Riva degli Schiavoni besonders genossen. Es war schön.

Très bon séjour à Venise

Logement propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme. Seul bémol concernant la baignoire pas très pratique. Mais cela valait le coup de s'en accommoder pour profiter du logement et de sa terrasse.Super acceuil de Silvia qui nous a formidablement conseillé, en français qui plus est.

"Nous avons été enchantées par notre séjour à Venise et l’accueil d’Alberto qui s’est rendu disponible pour venir nous chercher au vaporetto ; grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils ! Appartement lumineux, calme (il donne sur 2 ruelles peu fréquentées) très bien chauffé (séjour début février) et pratique : proche commerces, arrêt ALALIGUNA et vaporetto. Bref une adresse à recommander."

Sehr günstige Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist jetzt keine Luxus-Wohnung, sehr spartanisch, aber im großen und ganzen praktisch und zweckmäßig - und vor allem sehr zentral gelegen, wenn man morgens zum Markusplatz, zum Arsenale oder Zaccarias will. Kleine Geschäfte und Supermärkte rundum, Cafés, Metzgerei, Bäckerei - alles in der Nähe. Obwohl wir den Balkon nicht genutzt haben, da wir meist außerhalb waren, ist das ein besonderes Highlight - morgens hat man die volle Sonne und sitzt sehr ruhig mit den vielen, schrägen Dächern rundum, aber unbeobachtet. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt !

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sie liegt in einem Stadtteil, in dem auch viele Venezianer leben. Alles ist um die Ecke. Über Venedig an sich muss man nichts sagen, diese Stadt ist einfach nur faszinierend. Wir sind extra zwischen Karneval und Ostern gefahren, damit es nicht ganz so voll ist. Aber dem war nicht so - egal wann man nach Venedig Fährt, es gibt immer massig Touristen. Egal, wir haben die 6 Tage trotzdem sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder ... dann auch in dieses Appartement.

Restful place in a crowded city

The appartment has character since it is in a narrow alley in an old house under the roof. The beautiful little terrace overlooking the rooftops around. Big kitchen with a table fitting 6 peolple. Everything there that you might need. Big bedroom with a lot of storage. There is nothing modern about the place but evrything is functioning well. The contact with Alberto and Silvia was exemplary and there was always immidiate response to every message. We went for the Biennale Arte and the location is just perfect for this, Everything is easily walkable even if you plan to brave the crowds and head towards San Marco and the other parts of town. Castello, where the appartment is, is not completely untouched by the mass tourism that has taken over Venice more than ever, but it still has the quiet corners and local bars and restaurants which also the locals like. We enjoyed our stay because it was what we were looking for for our kind of travel experience, knowing Venice quite well and knew what to expect.

Très belle location, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Je dirais que c'est même mieux que sur les photos. A l'abri de la foule mais proche de l'action, j'ai pu explorer Venise et me reposer également. C'est un quartier populaire mais pas touristique alors vous vous sentez vraiment en Italie. Le petit plus: le balcon privé avec le ciel dégagé. J'y reviendrai c'est sûr. Merci à Alberto et Sylvia pour son accueil 5 étoiles.

Tolle Lage + schöne Wohnung!!!

Alles war perfekt! Alberto hat uns am Vaporetto abgeholt und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt! Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Danke nochmal, Alberto! Die Wohnung selber ist optimal für zwei bis drei Personen. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer soll sehr bequem sein. Ich selber habe auf der ebenfalls bequemen Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen wie ein Baby! Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Genug Besteck, Geschirr und was man sonst noch so braucht! Die Küche ist schön groß und die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super! Alles ist sehr sauber! Eigentlich haben wir uns aber fast ausschließlich auf der GENIALEN Terrasse aufgehalten! (Inmitten der Dächer von Venedig). Dafür, dass man in ca. 10 Minuten zum Markusplatz gelaufen ist, ist es erstaunlich ruhig dort! Außer der Möwe auf dem Dach nebenan hat man keinen Ton gehört! (Eine richtige Oase :-)) Die Lage ist auch perfekt! Direkt vor der Tür genügend Gastronomie, ein Bäcker und eine Take-away-Pizzeria mit sehr leckerer hauchdünner Pizza! Ein relativ großer Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt (Fondamenta S. Giorgio Schiavoni!) Alles in allem die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip! Würde ich beim nächsten Mal Venedig auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Alberto a été super, vraiment. il nous a accueilli à la station de vaporetto et accompagné jusqu'à l'appartement, tout en nous donnant des conseils. l'appartement est très bien situé et silencieux, près de la place SAN MARCO. Nous avions testé les clefs les clefs avant de refermer la première porte en bas, heureusement car elle est un peu difficile à ouvrir ( c'est Venise et ces aléas d'humidité !) je recommande cet appartement.

Appart très bien place, confortable proche de Piazza San Marco et du vaporetto

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, le propriétaire est toujours disponible et peut donner de bonnes adresses pour restaurants ou d’autres adresses que facilitent le séjour. L’appart possède une magnifique terrasse et tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le quartier est à la fois tranquille le soir et animé pendant la journée.

Nice, clean and very friendly

We had a wonderful time, Alberto showed us a little bit around and even helped us to arrive when we had problems with our train. The flat is in a perfect distance to the main part of the city in a less crowded area. Thanks a lot Alberto for the wonderful Venice experience!

Estancia ideal en una de las ciudades más bellas

El apartamento esta muy bien situado muy cerca de las paradas de Arsenal y San Zacarias, y al mismo tiempo se puede ir perfectamente andando a San Marcos en 5 minutos, esta en una calle tranquila donde por la noche no se oye absolutamente nada, y se podía disfrutar de un café relajado en la terraza. El propietario nos informo donde podíamos realizar las compras, muy cerca hay una carnicería de barrio y justo enfrente la panadería, el supermercado de COOP, esta en la zona de Arsenale, pero en el barrio había algunos supermercados donde podias comprar aunque a precios un poco más caros. La propiedad estaba muy limpia y hasta estrenamos almohadas del sofá del salón donde dormían las niñas. había bastantes toallas para todos los días que estuvimos alojados. La habitación principal con una cama realmente cómoda, las ventanas dan a una calle particular donde no se oye nada y puedes tenerlas abiertas todo el tiempo. La cocina disponía de todo tipo de menaje, lo único que la cafetera era solo para un café y teníamos que preparar dos cafeteras. El baño disponía de jabón y gel, anti mosquitos, crema para el cuerpo, secador de pelo, plancha. había un aparato de aire acondicionado portátil y un ventilador. El propietario nos instalo una red WIFI y eso que el apartamento indica que no tiene, algo que le agradecimos muchísimo. Seguro que se lo recomendaría a todo el mundo sin dudarlo.

Appartamento confortevole, spazioso, in linea con quanto visto sul sito. Ottimo per 4 persone, pulito e con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. In zona tranquilla, comoda per la vicinanza con Piazza San Marco e con le fermate dei vaporetti. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile all'arrivo, accoglienza perfetta.

"Sehr netter Empfang. Viele Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Gute Aufteilung/Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Große Küche "zum Austoben" beim Kochen der leckeren Sachen die man so einkaufen kann, z. B. frischer Fisch vom Fischmarkt - ist allerdings etwas weiter weg (Vaporetto Rialto Mercato), aber der Weg lohnt sich. Ideal für 2 Personen. Großer Balkon mit Ausblick über die typisch italienische Bauweise - eng aber schön -- der Blick auf die Dächer."
