The property was very good. However the receptionist was not friendly at all. She was blunt and un empathetic. Not flexible at all in allowing anyone to check in before check in time, which is fine, it was the tone of voice. Also another customers wife was robbed and he was asking for help and she just told him to go to police.

Very basic hotel. Barely any bedding, no safe or fridge in room, tiny shower and products. Stiff beds and pillows. Only booked as we needed somewhere to sleep coming into Venice at 11pm. "Breakfast" was cold hard boiled eggs, some meat slices and stiff croissants - we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. Budget hotel for sure - would not recommend.

J'ai réservé la chambre la moins chère pour 2 nuits Points positifs: l'emplacement, lit confortable, tranquilité, petit déjeuner à volonté Points négatifs: sol en pente forte et trous dans le sol, douche avec moisissure, porte qui ne ferme pas, pommeau sale avec moisissures et calcaire, la bonde d'évacuation est sale et n'évacue pas l'eau correctement qui s'accumule dès le début de la douche, eau du robinet, tantôt trouble, tantot limpide; volet ne ferme pas, le chauffage ne baisse pas autant que l'on souhaite

Vi hadde et helt greit opphold i 3 døgn. Veldig god frokost👍Det meste av dagene var vi jo ute av hotellet for å oppleve en helt unik by. Hvis det kan være et minus, måtte det være temperaturen på rommet, vanskelig å stille ned varmepumpen. Derfor fant vi ut at vi måtte ha vinduet åpent på nettene, kanskje ikke så lurt, da vi pådro oss en del insektsbitt. Men alt i alt er vi enige om at vi hadde en fin weekend 🤗

Situation excellente pour profiter de Venise. Les inconvenients que j'ai trouvé sont la qualité des matelas, on ne pouvait pas utiliser le climatiseur et salle de bain un.peu désuète. Malgré tout, je recommande cet etablissement.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es ist ruhig und absolut zentral mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut, v.a. der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten mit frisch gemahlenen Bohnen. Leider waren bei Ankunft Unmengen an Moskitos im Zimmer, außerdem war der Boden nicht (oder sehr schlecht) gewischt, was sich auch in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht geändert hat.

If it wasn't breakfast included I would put a 3. Everything was fine except the shower size is for extremely skinny people - I am not fat but did not fit in it and was very hard to take a shower. Everything else was basic - wardrobe, one chair, basic TV, smallest size 2 beds. The rest was fine

I recently had a 3 night stay at Domus Ciliota and found it to be excellent. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room, although basic, was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was extensive and always fresh. The location very central and close to a vaparetto stop and also a bridge over the grand canal. Furthermore it was close to a popular square with many restaurant/cafe options.

Trevligt centralt hotell
Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Kan vara svårt att hitta via Google maps men så var många ställen i Venedig. Frukosten var mycket bra med en vacker innegård att äta i. Receptionisten var tillmötesgående och trevlig. Sängarna satt inte fast i varandra så ligger man i mitten gled dem isär.

Praktisk beliggenhet, kort veg fra San Marco-plassen. Bra rom med bad og kjøleskap. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rent og ordentlig. God frokost som også kunne nytes i en romslig hage. Hagen kunne også benyttes til å spise medbrakt mat og drikke når det passer deg. Mange spisesteder like i nærheten.Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Loved the location and just a few minutes walk from San Samuel boat stop. Loved the courtyard inside the hotel. Breakfast is good. Very charming hotel though the room is dated but it's clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Stayed over night to catch flight next day. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities bedroom & bed very comfortable & good quality linen. very pleasant staff who were very helpful, even provided breakfast at 3:30am free before leaving for flight. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. 😊

細い路地裏にありましたが、比較的分かりやすく、静かでいい所でした。 朝食は薔薇が満開の中庭でいただけてラッキーでした。 スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。 また訪問したいです。

Good breakfast.Although a variety of fruit would have made it ideal- not just apples and kiwi. Perhaps banana and peach too. Room clean comfortable, quiet and plenty of storage space.

Para mi fue bastante bueno , solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y la desaparición de objetos personales que no fue resuelto, y después apareció cuando ya nos hablamos ido y mi amiga quedo muy disconforme, yo también quede un poquitín dudosa con el hecho porq era imposible que el objeto saliera de la habitación ya que no lo haboa sacado , por lo demas el hotel es bueno ell desayuno y la atención de los recepcionistas , en la noche hay un cuidador que tendrian que recomendarle , mejorar du higiene porque no es agradable para nada entrar y sentir olores personales, es solo mi opinión , personal y experiencia si no hubiera sido esos detalles que se pueden solucionar , el hotel esta muy bien , vuelvo y repito detalles solucionables, la ubicación es excelente,
