Dream Studio

Dream Studio is a beautiful apartment with stylish furnishings, located just 10 minutes from Venice Island, convenient to services and public transport. The accommodation besides having everything you need to spent a great holiday, has a private bathroom, a room with two king-size beds a fabulous furnished terrace. Are you a peace lovers and you like to be greeted with professionalism and enthusiasm, then what are you waiting for? Book it now.

The studio is tastefully furnished and dedicated to any type of guest. Besides, the house has a well-supplied kitchen which includes an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. A large terrace is also available in the apartment. It has 1 table and 4 chairs for smokers or for those who just love to have breakfast outdoors enjoying the fresh air.

Upon arrival, each guest will be asked for a valid ID.

Please remember that the tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid on the day of arrival at the apartment in cash.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of people coming, for example, if you are in 2 and you need an extra bed, you must let us know in advance and there will also be 10 euros extra per night to pay for it.

Always enquire about possible entrance fees in Venice before you come to the city. You may need to activate a special permit via the apartment's address. The fee is only payable by day travelers. For more information or assistance, you can contact us at any time.

Très bien situé, petit appartement simple mais très convenable avec climatisation efficace. Parfait comme base de départ pour visiter Venise, À proximité d’un excellent restaurant chinois.
