Very good location. The bedroom is beautiful and AC work well. The restroom has moldy spot in the corner, difficult to not see, otherwise fairly clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at the EGO. We would definitely stay again. From the moment we booked, they were quick to answer any questions and help accommodate transportation for us as well. Love this hotel!!! Pro’s Room was very pretty and clean Had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, vanity kits Towels and hair dryer Had fridge and safe in the room. Location was very convenient, right across the ferry station. Restaurants & supermarkets as soon as u step out of the hotel. Rialto bridge is right outside. Staff were very nice, special shout-out to Roberto & Raquel, also to the lady & gentleman at the check-in desk. Thank you! Con Room was very pretty although the temp was set at 21C which was too hot for us especially after being outside where it is almost 40C. They did give us a fan which helped.

We spent 2 nights in the EGO residences Casanova room. Location is as central as it gets. Vaporetto stops 50m away. Very convenient. The room was very nicely renovated, clean and provided everything we needed. The couch pullout bed was a queen size and both beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large with great water pressure in the shower. Nice large bath sheets, robes and slippers were provided along with complimentary bottled waters. Check in was a breeze - front desk of the EGO hotel is right next door to the entrance for the residences. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were attentive to our every need. Absolutely wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Venice.

Cool boutique hotel right by the Rialto Bridge. Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, and the location was right in the heart of Venice, right by one of the water bus stops. The layout was a little funky, but once you got used to it, it was fine.

We stayed at EGO for 2 nights and it was fantastic! The location is amazing just steps away from the Rialto Bridge. Several restaurants in walking distance along with easy boat transportation. Breakfast was included with our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast room was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was great, the front desk was helpful for check in, check out, and recommendations. The breakfast in the breakfast room was a great decision, delicious and with a beautiful view. It is very conveniently located near the Rialto bridge and water bus station. The rooms felt clean. I would recommend this affordable stay.

Waterfront property with lovey ambience. We requested for private taxi transfer from the train station - memorable first ride into Venice, unforgettable. Staff is very courteous, delicious breakfast was served. We were offered a complimentary trip to Murano for a free glass blowing demo, which was great. Just be mindful to not get carried away by all magnificent glasswork around you and indulge in expensive purchases like I did ;-)
