lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed this apartment and it was in a great location. our only negative was it was on the 3 floor and the steps were difficult to carry our bags being 80. But this was our only problem once we got our bags in the steps were fine for normal up and down trips.

Nice location

The location of this unit was excellent. I was centrally located and easy to get to all parts of Venice, and multiple water bus (Vaperetto) stops. It's up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator but that was OK with us. The unit was nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was definitely firm but I didn't mind. I wished that the kitchen had a toaster and better English instructions for the washing machine and a drying rack would have been much appreciated. I would stay here again if I were in Venice.

A real treat! Close to everything.

Chiara was a delight, and although I never was able to meet her, I might next time as I would love to stay there again. The apartment is very lovely and had everything we needed, stores are close, the restaurant outside the front door is great, although it is a couple flights of stairs up, it wasn't bad. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen great although a new set of pots and pans might help, with lids :-) Really this is a great find and I will be back! Thank you Chiara for everything! I wish we could have stayed longer!! NEXT TIME!

a few days in Venice

We loved our beautiful apartment in Venice overlooking the square in front of Il Teatro Felice. We were very comfortable there with many restaurant options close by. It was a dream trip and this gem of an apartment was wonderful.

Venice Stay

The property is in an excellent location! 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square not much longer to Rialto Bridge! Busy square out front as property is right next door to Fenice Opera house, but not very noisy. Property is very clean and has everything you need.

Perfect Location, Fantastic Apartment

This is a wonderful apartment , completely furnished with very comfortable beds. The place was immaculate. The locale is central to all of the major attractions and wonderful restaurants are located nearby. We were sorry to leave and if we ever return to Venice, would absolutely stay here. Wonderful location

The apartment is spacious and stylish, check-in and check-out was a breeze. Chiara replied promptly to my queries, accommodated my request for early check-in. Will stay here again when I find myself in Venice.

Nice Location

The apartment was in a good location and clean except for the shower which was old and very dirty. This apartment is rented as a two bedroom. After we checked in, later that night we realized that only one of the bedrooms had sheets and pillows . The other bedroom just had a blanket over the bed When I called the owner the next day she said they only make up the bedrooms based on the number of people. Since we only had two people, we only get one bedroom. She said she would drop off sheets, but would not make the bed. When I explained to her that if I rent a two bedroom apartment, I expect to get TWO bedrooms. It does not matter if I have two or three people. Im paying for two bedrooms! She was very nasty in saying that I should have communicated my sleeping arrangements to her ahead of time. It was my daughter and myself of the trip, and I should not have to explain my sleeping arrangements to her. If I pay for a two bedroom, that is what I expect to get.I was not happy with her attitude. Especially , after she changed the person meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys three times.

Très bel appartement superbement situé au centre de Venise

L'appartement est superbement situé à côté du théâtre de la Fenice. Bien insonorisé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un superbe séjour dans Venise. Les informations mises à disposition par la propriétaire pour découvrir la ville sont étoffées et complètes. Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans ce logement (2 adultes et 1 enfant)

The apartment is located right in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes walk to San Marco Square. It's very close to so many shops and restaurants. The apartment is very modern, clean and has good amenities.

Très joli appartement excellemment situé au cœur de Venisé tout à côté de la Fenice. Grand appartement très propre et confortable. Chiara la propriétaire est charmante et très efficace. Le prix de la location est très raisonnable en fonction de la prestation proposée moi À refaire et à vivement conseiller.
