Beautiful property in Venice. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. The hotel helped us with transportation to and from the airport and we had an issue with our hot water the first morning and it was addressed quickly and fixed by the time we were back from our exploring that day. We didn’t eat breakfast at the property but everything was really walkable from here so lots of food options nearby. If we get lucky to come back to Venice some day, we would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find. We spent more than 3 hours trying to find the hotel before getting lucky meeting 3 woman coming out of a narrow, dimly lit side alley who were staying at that hotel. NO signs.
Goggle Maps, Map Quest, WAZE could not find the hotel. A call to the hotel would only say we are 'near' Acadamia bridge. Locals in the plaza less that 50 yards away had never heard of the hotel.
A decent hotel but get very specific step by step directions to their front door before you book.

A brilliant location for exploring Venice on foot (and by boat, if you're prepared for the cost!). The staff were very helpful and we all managed to communicate, despite us speaking zero Italian. The only, tiny, fault we found was that the part of the hotel we were in was separate f on the main hotel - so we had to leave the building in order to go to reception. However, the air conditioning was a life saver in the extreme heat!

Good location for sight seeing and access to the water bus stop.
Hotel has friendly staff, is clean and offers good information.
There are small things we did not like; for example our tv/remote control did not work for our 2 day stay. Also the shower was designed or repaired so water would leak into the whole bathroom floor.
Overall, we recommend the hotel.
