Very convenient location

Great location 5 mins away from train station. Water bus just in front and land transport also very near. Not as crowded as the San Marco and Rialto areas.

Perfect Venetian Getaway

Ernst from the property management company was great. He made check in super seamless and offered us recommendations for food and supermarkets in the area. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located apartment right next to bus station, water transport and great supermarket. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms is a big bonus! The AC was well used and very much needed in august. We loved the location as we needed to catch an airport bus at 4.20am so it was just a 2 minute walk to the bus. Yes the beds are hard, and you need to hold the shower, and the toilet seat was broken, and there is no oven, and the place is much smaller that’s the photos online, and it’s a bit noisy at night, and like all accommodations in Venice it’s expensive but this will not spoil your stay as Venice is so beautiful and there is so much to do, you won’t be in your apartment much anyway! The views are awesome too! Bepi was very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for a short stay in Venice

Short Stay in Venice

This place was ok and very conveniently loceted next to the train station. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is large baed but it is 2 single beds set close together. The shower head in one bathroom was broken and we had to buy some toilet paper as there only 1 roll. It was priced ok as we were lookig for a lower priced option so i guess you get what you pay for. Its not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget!

Nice location, pictures don't represent the property accurately

It was clean. We had a great time. I think the pictures in the listing set an expectation with us that resulted in a bit of a letdown from the start and drove the rating overall. Specifically, our concerns that are driving the lower rating are: 1. The pictures in the listing are not very accurate. The space shown in the listing picture isn't useable unless you have small kids as the ceiling in that space isn't much more than 4.5' tall (1.37 meters). There wasn't even any bedding on the bed in that space. Other than when we first got there, we didn't go into that space. 2. The picture of the bed in the main bedroom makes it look like a king. It's two doubles pushed together. 3. The mattresses on the bed was extremely hard and the bed is very noisy in general when you move around. 4. A general lack of basic supplies - had to share a role of toilette paper between two bathrooms, no tissue, no paper towels, one bottle of soap between two bathrooms... that kinda stuff.

Great location

The location of the apartment is great. Very close to the Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station and several waterbus stops. A supermarket is around the corner. Very convenient. The apartment is spacious for 5 to 6 persons.
