HOUSEBOAT 2br/1ba RENOVATED, MAIN DOCK, Sleeps 7-8/Venice Marina

This houseboat in Venice Marina, LA is situated on the main dock (no dragging all your stuff in carts down the dock- drive right up to the front door!) Includes a washer and dryer and ice machine for your use during your stay. The back of the houseboat is accessible by boat and has a slip to park your boat. Fish skinning table is on the front deck.
Inside the houseboat is two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds (total of 4 beds); second room has one bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom). There is also a brand new double pull out couch in the living room which sleeps 2. So houseboat can comfortably sleep 7-8 people max. The houseboat has one full bathroom. Laundry detergent is also provided. BRAND NEW ICEMAKER 8/24. TV in living room works off switch in the kitchen.
Kitchen is fully stocked with basic necessities during your stay (paper goods, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, and cooking supplies). Brand new single Keurig with everything you need. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and sink with disposal. Need to book a fishing charter? We can help whether its inshore or offshore, we offer stay and play packages at discounted rates. Overall, the property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, with AC units and fans around. The ice machine outside was nice to keep fish cold. The kitchen had a coffee marker, with larger pots for cooking. The houseboat was stable and didn’t move much during storms, which was nice. Water pressure in the sinks were fine, but the shower had very little pressure. We washed using the sinks and then had someone bring water to the shower to pour over us to completely wash off.

Great location and owners working hard to update the place. Really clean but did have some obstacles to overcome and provided feedback to owner. Owner very receptive and feel like action will be taken. Once corrected I would consider staying again.

Everything was great with our stay. Caught lots of fish and walked 5 doors down to the marina. Host had lots of coffee which was great when you go fishing early in the morning. Would recommend!

Perfect location on the B-dock! A 2 min walk to the marina and you can park right in front of boathouse. The ice machine was large and came in handy. Owners were super nice and the unit had everything you could need especially having a kuerig stocked with coffee! Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

This place is truly one of a kind. Would 100 percent book this camp again. It was very clean, spacious and convenient to launch. I can tell the owners took pride in making this an excellent experience for me. Thank you Clint.
