有生之年必需再入住的酒店！
非常漂亮，房間很大，很整潔，外面景色也很美，床很大軟硬適中，枕頭很舒服，雖然在威尼斯非常大霧的一天到達，但開窗後房間依舊乾爽，浴室大得可以放下兩張床，水力很足，而且有按摩淋浴！附近有超多美味的餐廳！我們連續兩天吃了同一家（門口有魚缸的），他們有會中文的服務員及餐牌，服務和食物都非常好！種類也夠多！真的是非常滿意！

Property is very nice and clean. There seems to be no AC in the room so we opened windows as it was too hot. That was a mistake,- mosquitoes got in right away even in early March. The front desk person didn’t have the repellent. But once we mentioned mosquitos to the person who was bringing breakfast, Rafael( might misspelled the name), he said, “just give me a minute” and he was right back with the repellent. He was just exceptional. Always smiling, supper helpful, and also got us a little gift, which was beyond sweet. Overall place is nice. It’s one block away from St. Marcos basilica so the crowed was there all the time, even at night and we were there off season.

Heating is self-controlled in each Junior Suite so that everyone can switch it off/on or regulate the temperature. Our staff is always at complete disposal for any assistance you may need. We had the junior suite with canal view and it was gorgeous! We actually spent extra time in the room because it was so nice. We loved opening the big window doors to the balcony and people watching with the gondola stop just below. And we could also open up all the windows and smell the sea and it was like you were half outside. And the in room breakfast was so lovely and fancy. All in all a wonderful stay.

Minimoon December 2022
We came her for our minimoon and stayed in the Gritti Suite. The room is absolutely beautiful and the staff were absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel and when we come back to Venice we will definitely come back to this hotel. The location is fantastic and St Marks Square is less than a 5 minute walk away. Room service for breakfast each morning was amazing. The table was laid and we sat eating breakfast in our robes and slippers. We got our water taxi straight to the side door of the hotel which was an amazing experience. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

Walkable place, easy to get to. The shower was broken with one the handle spout working, the bed hurt to lay on and loud throughout the night.

Hotel fantastico, con personale gentilissimo. Camera molto spaziosa, molto ben arredata, sempre pulita. In questo periodo di Covid-19, le misure di protezione sono seguite scrupolosamente. La colazione, perciò, veniva servita in camera senza costi aggiuntivi. Raffaele, che se ne occupava, è sempre stato di una cortesia eccezionale. L'hotel è ubicato proprio dietro San Marco, nel cuore di Venezia, vicino a tutto ciò che si desidera visitare. Il prezzo del soggiorno, considerata la posizione dell'hotel, la qualità dei servizi e la cortesia del personale, è più che adeguato. In conclusione è stata un'esperienza unica. Se venite a Venezia per qualche giorno, questo è l'hotel giusto.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic especially with the beautiful view of the Ponte dei sospiri. The only issue we had with the room was the sink leaking, the shower leaking and the mildew around the bathroom window and the tub. Other then that it was ok. The food for the breakfast was really good...actually great and it made our stay acceptable.

Location is amazing to get around. There are better more non-touristy areas of Venice but this is in the best location to start your exploring. Noisy in the morning but the canals are not just for visitors and you do have to remember that when deliveries are being chucked of a boat at 7am. Hotel itself is a good 3 star but great staff - shower was tight and a mystery

This is an old building which comes with the territory in Venice. Aside from that, we had a few issues with our room. The toilet would constantly run after flushing, a lot of water would leak on the bathroom floor from the shower, there were mosquitoes in the room which we got bites from throughout the night, the breakfast was not good, the bed was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and did their best to address our concerns. They did treat the room when we mentioned the mosquitoes, which did help.

Bagno fatiscente dove perdevano i rubinetti e c'era il mastice attaccato alla vasca, non ci sono i doppi infissi e la sera c'è un rumore terribile, lampadario storto, condizioni generali di vecchiume, tutto questo a 360 euro a notte, un vero furto
