We really regret that you finally didn't pay for the city tax, that is nothing about the hotel, but a tax going to the municipality. Dear Mary,we are sorry and surprised to read this review. Probably you did not like our hotel but the elevator works and on every website there is a picture of the stairs to reach the first floor. Moreover, we never saw people climbing the stairs as you described. By the way, in our area there are at least 7 ATM machines, you could have asked the staff and we would have been happy to help you.Kind regards

Madam has got a lot of personal problems, and the hotel staff was very very helpful with her. For the safe it was sufficient to point it out at the reception.
