Excellent location, right near St Mark's square. Lovely lobby, helpful staff. Attractive room with separate sitting area, which is a huge plus with me. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower. Attractive lounge and bar area. The only thing missing was coffee/tea in the room. The available continental breakfast seemed high priced, but there was a menu to order from as well. A very good choice for accommodation in Venice.

A few steps from St. Mark's Basilica. Basically a leisure stroll to anything you could want to do in Venice. The free bottle of wine awaiting in the room on chilled ice was a nice touch. Front desk check in was easy, they spoke many languages, including English. We would stay here again.

The hotel is traditional Venetian decor, which is nice to experience. Staff were incredibly helpful. The Chamber Maid particularly stood out to us. One night my husband had an allergy attack and used all the Kleenex the next night she left two boxes of Kleenex next to his bed for him. Super thoughtful. For future travellers I would caution that the photos on Expedia representing the San Marco Terrace suite applicable to one of the four rooms. Our room well lovely did not have the same view. The other item for awareness, is that the bathtub shower was very deep and could be harder for an older person to get into. Overall, the property is lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

We are so grateful for the staff’s help and hospitality. Olga helped us with a train situation and gave us the best advice. We had breakfast in the terrace with the view of the Basilica. Definitely worth it!!! Amazing experience! Very recommended!

One of the few bright spots in our otherwise nightmarish trip to Italy. Beautiful rooms, amazing balcony view overlooking the square, the only downfall was it is very loud with the nightlife if your room is on the St Marks side. Even with the wooden shutters closed it still didn't drown out the noise. It is what it is but I just wish there had been some indication of that. Also the staff made it seem like it's no problem to catch the vaporetto to the station every 10 minutes. What they didn't bother to mention is the 2 line, which is the express line with less stops, doesn't stop at Vallaresso, at least not going towards the station. And because the 1 line takes 40 minutes to get to the station and we would've missed our train we had to get off and run through the cobblestone streets of Venice up and down massive staircases with heavy suitcases to just barely make our train by an inch.

Location was optimal for the favorite sites of the city. The hotel is well maintained, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure on the shower was fantastic. We wish we could get that water pressure at home. It was like a fire hose! The robes and slippers were comfy. They made us feel special and treated us well. Highly recommend this place for all of the above.

I fall down and hurt my left arm elbow and hip in the bathtub while I’m shower, the elevator, room & restroom are too tiny but I guess that’s how much space they could utilize. The location was great, easy to access to anywhere, breakfast was ok. No hair dryer.

This was an exceptional property with one of the best views in Venice of St Marks Square. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern bathrooms. The staff made sure it was always clean and provided a turn down service every day. There’s a beautiful lounge with a fireplace and cosy restaurant. It’s also walking distance to everything so it’s in the perfect location. Enjoyed the stay very much!
