We arrived very late 9:45pm from mestre station near the hotel. Mixed reviews about the hotel underground. From station go underground, very safe and clean. Also near bus stop. The hotel and the room very clean, good breakfast, 24/7 staff, quick check in and out. Room 140

This hotel was perfect location and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay. Would have like a different type of sausage. They were like hot dogs. But that’s the only issue with this trip and it’s a very very minor one. The coffee was good every morning.

This property is near a train station. We were placed in the older part of the hotel next to an elevator so it was as pretty loud when in use. The hotel is older and did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Shower barely worked which was better than the wifi which didn't work at all. Also cancelled my booking a couple of days before I was due to arrive. Worked it out and stayed there anyway, hotel sent several emails advising of a higher price. Did not pay it because we had already booked and paid in advance. Many other places to choose so do yourself a favour and choose one of them.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno era correcto, pero se echaba en falta una tostadora para el pan. Es muy práctico porque tiene la estación de tren de Mestre a 2 minutos de distancia. Lo recomiendo.

Sitio de referencia para aconsejar a familia y amigos. Sin duda repetiríamos, ha sido todo un acierto! Limpísimo, habitación cómoda y amplia, checking rápido y sin complicaciones, el desayuno buffet genial con varias opciones y a dos minutos de la estación de tren desde donde se tarda 10 minutos a Venecia. Bastante sorprendente por su precio!

Très bonne expérience
Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min de la gare à pieds pour se rendre à Venise Chambre très propre et lit très confortable Par contre nous étions 2 couples nous avons pris une chambre Deluxe et nos amis une simple il n'y a aucune différence sauf le prix Il y a 2 passages souterrains pour se rendre à l'hôtel à pieds Ne pas prendre celui à l'extérieur de la gare très mal fréquenté surtout à 1 h du matin mais celui dans la gare sous les quais Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors d'un nouveau séjour à Venise

Rapporto qualità prezzo ma poco ottimizzato
Le 4 stelle non le ho sentite, per il prezzo della singola equivalente a quello che chiedono 2 stelle in zona comunque non avevo chissà quali aspettative ma... Termostato della stanza guasto, appena entrato sembrava di essere in spiaggia a Malta il 7 agosto. L'ho spento e ho tentato di andare in bagno, esempio di pessima architettura d'interni tale per cui non si riesce nemmeno ad arrivare al wc incastrato tra muro d'angolo e muretto della doccia/vasca Lilliputziana. Essendo già in ritardo per cena causa sciopero ho optato per lasciare giù la valigia e usare i servizi al piano terra vicino alla reception prima di uscire. Luce attivata solo se la chiave è nella stanza, utile portarsi un powerbank se pensate di lasciare il cellulare in camera a caricarsi mentre fate colazione. La stanza ha scrivania con TV, wifi decente e una lampada di design con logo dell' albergo ma nessun interruttore che richiede di staccare la spina per spegnerla. La colazione continentale buona ma poco assortita in frutta verdura; parcheggio a pagamento, necessário vista la zona centrale e con rotaie del tram. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia Venezia che Mestre con i mezzi e anche in auto, in pratica è qualche centinaio di metri prima dell'inizio del cavalcavia che porta a piazzale Roma. Mistero il perché di installare bidet e vasca nel bagno della camera dove non c'è spazio anziché lasciare il wc agibile girato di 90 gradi e una normale doccia con ante scorrevoli.

Week-end à Venise
Nous sommes restés pour 2 nuits. L'hôtel est très propre, le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et le personnel agréable. Depuis l'aéroport nous avons mis à peine 15 min en taxi et l'accès à Venise est facilité par la gare à proximité (2 min à pied). Pour 1.45e par personne le train vous dépose à la gare du centre-ville historique de Venise. Un hôtel que je recommande fortement. Grazie mille !!

日本のビジネスホテルのような感じ。 メストレ駅からすぐ近くにあるので便利。 繁華街的なのは駅の反対側なので、周りは静かなのもgood ただwifiが弱いので注意

Great location!
Great location for the train (like 3 mins of walking) but the facilities was a little bit old and not in good shape. They closed the A/C 1 week before our stay but the temperature was 22-23 celcius outside so it was like 30 in the room. We talked with the lady at the reception and she did everything for an accomodation. They transfered us in a new room with fresh air (doors open in the room) but we slept with musquitos. Maybe the A/C needs to stay open a little bit longer for comfort of the guests... The breakfast was ordinary and the coffee machine delivered cappucino with powder milk. It was not good coffee...
