Dear Mr. Darek, I am so sorry for the review with that score but maybe you are used to staying in other 4 or 5 star hotels and paying much more than 70.00 per night as in our hotel which had a special rate for that night / room. Unfortunately, the pressure of our showers is the classic one, I don't know if it wasn't enough for her but we can't do anything about it!! Fortunately, however, not all customers are nice like you !!

Dear guest, we are sorry to read this kind of reviews, but we do have something to say about this. First of all: facts. The hotel is 17km far from Venice (and you should have seen it on GMaps when you booked here), and it's clearly written that it is situated in "Riviera del Brenta Canal". It is not Venice's canals, it's the BRENTA Canal. A small river OUTISDE of the main city. I’d like to point out that there is a MAP you can click on when you book through Expedia, have you taken a look? In any case we are officially part of the Metropolitan City of Venice, and you can easily reach Venice by bus in 25-30 minutes (the bus stop is 200m away from our doorstep). You wrote you have travelled a lot, but an experienced traveller should know where he goes BEFORE booking an hotel; and as regarding "nothing around it that is interesting", please Google "Venetian villas" or "Riviera del Brenta" and you'll find plenty of articles which prove this zone is of high historical and artistical importance. Furthermore, when you came here, you've been extremely rude when it was obvious that you had made a mistake, as if it were us who cheated you. We also have your mails in our inbox that we won't obviously publish for privacy reasons. When you came here you tried, at first, to be kind and reasonable, saying "your hotel is nice", in the vain try to get your money back (you booked a NON REFUNDABLE room), but here you wrote that the hotel is "dark and dingy"; please make up your mind and try to be honest with yourself. Your comment about cleanliness is unneded since all the other reviews of customers who actually DID stay here (we'd like to remind you that you didn't ever see the rooms) are always happy with us and with the structure.
