    Matig gelegen en niet lekker ruikend.

    Het appartement ligt op een moeilijke plaats.Dit heeft te maken met het ziekenhuis dat in de buurt ligt en je loopt er niet zonder kaart naar toe. In de buurt en in de tuin achter het appartement hing een kattenpies geur. Daardoor kon je het raam eigenlijk niet openlaten s'nachts.

    Minimal aparments

    This is not a hotel. There was no soap, no shampoo... anything you wanted had to be purchased from a supermarket. The room was clean, and very centrally located, but to call something a hotel and not provide even the most basic amenities seems deceiving.

    Desde a efetivação do pagamento até a data anterior à viagem, não recebi nenhuma informação de endereço ou orientações de como encontrar o quarto, mesmo solicitando esse tipo de informação por e-mail diversas vezes. Veneza é uma cidade linda porém com certa dificuldade de orientação de localização. Portanto essa é uma informação imprescindível.

    This place, it is an apartment/condo not a hotel. The place was comfortable, it had 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It was pretty close to St. Mark's Square, about 10-15 minute walk. The place is especially accommodating for families or groups of 3 or more. I personally feel it was a bit overpriced, but everything in Venice is expensive, so just go in with that type of attitude and enjoy the experience. The drawback for me with this particular type of rental, was the need to communicate with the host/hostess before the arrival, then meet at a particular location. This required me to bring my cellphone with international roaming which I don't always do and occasionally check & communicate through email a week before my arrival which is a bit difficult when traveling to other locations before arriving to Venice....bottom line though it was a comfortable stay!

    Ce n'est pas un hôtel

    Nous pensions avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel. C'était en fait en fait un studio, qui figurait sur votre site sous la rubrique "hôtels 3 étoiles". Très bien situé prêt du Rialto dans une petite rue, mais au troisième étage sans ascenseur. Le logement est rénové, propre mais la salle de bain est inutilisable : le bac à douche mesure 60x60 cm et l'espace pour y pénétrer 40 cm !!! Nous sommes fort déçus de n'avoir pas la prestation attendue.

    on devait avoir un appartement dans le quartier de Castello d'apres la description sur le site, et nous nous sommes retrouvés en plein centre de venise avec un appart tres bien situé mais tres vieillot, mal décoré, mal insonorisé mais fonctionnel !

    Ci è stato messo a disposizione un appartamento nei pressi dell'Arsenale. Non c'era un servizio di pulizia. Nel bagno non c'era neanche del sapone (solo un mezzo flacone di bagnoschiuma, insufficiente per i quattro giorni per cui è durata la nostra permanenza). L'appartamento era piuttosto modesto e vecchiotto (nulla a che vedere con le foto che c'erano sul sito) ma grande (eravamo in due ma avevamo a disposizione 4 camere da letto, più soggiorno, cucina e bagno), silenzioso e con ingresso indipendente. La sistemazione nel complesso mi è sembrata gradevole.

    Enjoy the experience

    Nice location next to Giardines and water bus stop 10 minutes walk to ST. Marco. Very comfortable for the family with kids, as the supermarket and fresh fruit-vegetable markets are just next doors. Kitchen and laundry equipment gives possibilities to fill at home. In the evenings enjoyed the live music from the ground floor restaurant.

    First of all the location was not the one indicated on the website. The pictures you see are absolutely not relevant. The place didn't look good and mostly it smelled really bad!!! There was AC but no internet. The bed was not really comfortable. In general it had all that we needed but was definitely not a charming stay.

    Nice place just outside of the major tourist crowd

    Our hostess, Matilde, was very, very nice and a transplant from Jersey. We were supposed to call hostess 3-4 days in advance, but Expedia's confirmation sheet didn't mention it. Caused major delay in checking in. Needed to get email and phone calls in Italy to arrange properly. Nice amount of space for 5 although my daughter needed to fold up her bed daily. Big dining table. Had to rig broken shower head bracket in order to use shower. Didn't get fixed during our 3-day stay. Nice little, 2nd-story courtyard veranda with a place to dry clothes/towels. Felt secure.

    My place was a very nice cozy studio apartment.I was satisfied with my place.I didn't want to be in any hotel or public places.so i am happy with what I chose.

    Good location apartment

    The location was great and service was relatively prompt and good. However, if you have a baby and lots of suits cases, then it is a trouble as the apartment that we were allocated was located on 2nd floor without elevator. Everyday we had to fold and unfold the pram and bring it upstairs. Probably it is better to ask the agent first about the location and where it is situated. Otherwise, it was good deal especially we were there during the most busy period.

    NON è un hotel, sono appartamenti. Da dimenticare

    Si trattava di appartamenti in affitto invece che di un hotel. Tra l'altro non era evidente in quanto l'appartamento usciva nel motore di ricerca in mezzo alle alternative in hotel. L'appartamento doveva essere in una zona mentre alla fine era in tutt'altra zona della città. Le immagini di esempio erano molto lontani dalla realtà. Infine l'appartamento era un DISASTRO ed il trattamento dell'agenzia pure. Da dimenticare. Prezzo assolutamente ingiustificato!

    die gebuchte Ferienwohnung war nicht existent

    nach Ankunft hat sich herausgestellt dass die angegebene Adresse und der Name nicht stimmte. nach stundenlangem telefonieren wäre eine weiter entfernte Ferienwohnung bereitgestellt worden. Ich bin ein erfahrener Reisender/traveller, aber so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Ich halte das Angebot für unseriös und rate dringendst ab.

    Amazing experience, way better then advertised!!!

    Not enough review and inaccurate info provided but to an unexpected surprise the quality was so much better then described. We paid for a studio - got 1 bedroom flat. No description on AC, though living room and bedroom had 2 AC units each granting a nice and chilled environment. Nothing was described as regards to the location of the flat, but it turned out to be within 5 min walk to Rialto bridge, so situated in the heart of Venice and with a canal view out of the living room windows. Shower was equiped with a wall jacuzzi Hostess met us upon arrival on the pier. We weren't expecting to receive anything near as good as we got for the money value. If I'll ever return to Venice I'm most certainly going to use the flats provided by Rental Italia.
